I mentioned in another thread on this that we need to do a first in this game for Parra stadium. All those non active WSW supporters that go to the derby away game and get up out of their seats and join in............. well this has to happen again next Saturday night, we need an away game attitude in the East and West stands. Needs to be the loudest Parra Stadium has ever been yet, along the lines of the Brissy Semi in season 1 when we did the whole stadium wide poznan for the first time.

Can't wait. It's going to be an awesome game and an awesome atmosphere. Hope we iron out the defensive errors and no more heart-in-mouth moments when the opposition get the ball. Haliti to start as stiker is Santa and Juric are not 100%?

How about put a couple of capos on East and West sides (4 all up) down the bottom of the terraces to give instructions on what chant is coming up and to encourage people to stand up

I'm resigned to us losing. I don't doubt that Popa can win this for us but they've just got so much money! I'm currently depressed because of last night so this might sound just a little pessimistic. On the bright side Bridge has scored 2 goals in 2 games. Cole plays well in the ACL and so does Labinot Hallllllllllitiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!

You know its amazing how people respond to leadership..it only takes one or two to inspire 100`s..I hope people find the courage to not be shy and give it their all for this game..Each bay have their personalities..and solid dependant membership should ensure this culture..Plus the RBB is on another level again this year..We as a fan base are the best fan base in Australian sport...

I don't think it's going to happen, the stands will do the first couple of rounds of each chant, and lift when our team's going well, but most aren't up for RBB levels of chanting and standing.

Completely off topic:

I think we should have a song for Appiah. This is not a joke. Maybe he does have the touch of an elephant wearing steel capped boots but maybe all he needs is some confidence. Even if that's not enough at least he can tell his grandkids about the time the RBB sang for him.

Ole Ole Ole Ole

Appiah-Kubi

(I know he's changed his name so appiah kubi is wrong but it's got the right number of syllables)

If anyone has better suggestions
post them :)

I'm actually quietly confident for this game. I felt after the victory game wsw would come out firing, and they did for the first half.

When teams have massive wins they always seem to drop the next game, as seen with victory on Friday night. Teams that are normally quality but have bad games normally come out fired up next game.

I think after these two losses wsw will be fired up. They will be so hungry for the win and to a certain degree pressure is lifted off.

Looking forward to it!

Well I don't think anyone could be of the rbb standard.

It's more about someone leading the way getting bums off seats. Even if it is 1/4 of the rbb chanting level it's still a success.

This is our chance to put all in ... we either give it a crack as best we can or we sit back and die wondering

At first I thought the team badges were the wrong way around since it is our home game, but then I realised that you guys read from right to left, don't you?

Even at away games the rest of the WSW support isn't RBB standard, that will never happen and can't be expected. But the whole stadium does need to lift for this one.

There were 10,000 there for the last 16 game back in May but everyone got up and did their bit, similar attitude required, This is a GF after all not a normal game! (even if it is a 1st leg).
