Could this week drag on any longer...

Played this match last night on Football Manager 2013. We win 1-0.  Adelaide will be reduced to 10 men in the 7th minute. Only goal comes off a corner. La rocca heads the ball bounces off the woodwork into NTS who smashes the ball past the keeper in the 54th minute. The talented footballer is destined to be a mainstay at the club having recently inked a new deal to keep him at the Wanderers until 2015. Kresinger's inability to work the keeper continues...

You're welcome.

take all the surprises out y dont you haha

Id love to see the trio of Poljak, Mooy and Ono on the park together again for this match. Seems like they dont get much time together these days.

I wouldnt mind seeing Caira given a crack at right back this week, otherwise no problems with playing Elrich or La Rocca.

Kubi deserves his bench spot again.

If Visconte can fit on the bench also would be great!! (**** 4 man benches!!)

Wanders 3 - 0 Adelaide

Dino hatrick!!!

Pretty sure SFC lost under Corica in his first game.

This isn't a "new coach" per se. Its just the assistant filling the gap.

They have heaps of injuries and players missing too.

lol u mean he lost all the games hahahah

They're pretty bad :(

Love the Friday night away games and the Saturday night home games... best combo for me :)

Very dangerous game. Teams who change coaches always seem to fire up so the team, cant get complacent.

Judging by Bridges comments in the paper I think they are fully aware of this. I am hoping at some stage Visconte

gets a run. Keen to see how he goes especially in his home town of Adelaide. Also I would like to see Elrich getting on

at some stage. Apparently last week  had a blinder of a game in the Youth team, best way to respond Tarek.

I'm fairly nervous about this game, they are a good side when they want to be and the thrashing we gave them last time will have hurt their pride and they will be seeking to get it back. Also their tends to be that lift when teams lose their coach for the first couple of games (unless your ESFC).

The crowd will be 11,099 (Yes I actually looked at the game history). :P

So pumped! I need to find something to kill time, I'm climbing the walls waiting for kickoff.

This is going to be tough. They'll want to avenge their massive defeat against us, and they also have the boost of a new coach and players seem to lift and give their all to try impress. They are still one of the best teams in the comp and Hindmarsh is a bit of a fortress for them.

Sit back and hit them on the counter, which is a speciality of ours :) Forza Wanderers!

Yes correct guys - Adelaide will not be demoralised because of their last defeat to us, they will be even more pumped an with a new coach as well. They will want revenge and out boys need to be wary.

Apparently Adelaide has been working on their structure and movent with the ball.

Come on Wanderers - represent out area with pride!

And here I was thinking that's what football teams work on every week. :cheeky:

Just played this on on my career mode. Final score 3-2 to the Wanderers with Mark Bridge getting a double.

La Rocca replaces Beauchamp in central defence.

All good. La Rocca has proven himself to be a very valuable utility player. Rarely puts a foot wrong!

Wow... Remember when Adelaide's active support was amongst the bet in the league... Wtf is going on with that.
