it is a scientific fact that when people chant together they naturally become closer so its a great idea ATP using the wanderers to get laid is a great idea too we all need to have children to have more wanderers fans running around

Oh god. What has this thread become?

for once not totally my fault, though i did help add to the horror :D

when i am trying to pick up a girl the rbb could help with chanting, and if i succeed then they could cheer me on so to speak

would really help to have people chanting

*runs*

Whoa whoa WHOA Goat... I never said anything about using the wanderers to get laid ;-) i can do that on my own accord, lets think of this w-league derby as a mere social event where people can bond/mingle & enjoy the fine art football ;-)

I instantly thought of the multiple drive by shootings we've been having lately...

Dino is starting for this game again

I would like to see kwabena appiah kubi given ago over dino to inject some pace upfront and give us another option in attack.

With his pace he can easily get in behind the defence , im not sure how good a finisher he is, but if he does play hopefully it will stop all these pointless crosses.

Would prefer Gibbs up top and Kubi in for Cole.

Trifiro straight swap for Mooy and have him rotate positions abit with Ono.

Bench: Cole, Poljak, Minniecoin, Tyson

Dino Kresinger Western Sydneys Target Man in a game like this away to Wellington he must play....... this guy might suck for now but the importance of someone of his size is a tactic all together any coach would love to have a player with his stature on the field..... I can see him winning a header on the weekend which leads to a goal or scoring himself. Goodluck Dino and no im not Croatian so no bias going on.

yeah, i think Dino has to be in the squad for Wellington Away.

not the kind of game where you want to throw Kubi in at the deep end. introduce him at home

The way I see it I dont think Kresinger isn't anything special. But maybe its just a confidence thing. Things might change if and when he scores his first goal. Same with Ono (Ono is special but yet to score ). We are only a new team.. fact of the matter is we havnt scored more than one goal in any of our games, bar an extra own goal against the Heart. If we had a proper striker we'd be in the top 3 ... We have an ok team, other teams will now study us even harder. Just back the team, at least we have one now. Whoever thinks we have to win the comp in the first year is being a little unrealistic. Support the team guys. In saying that I think Gibbs should start and Dino come on for the last 15..I believe he still deserves a bench spot.

Im all for Dino coming good, my supports behind him. But Id rather popa reward form and not offer charity to his players.

Its simple, Gibbs deserves it, Dino doesnt. Like everyone else, Dino should show some good form and find his confidence in the youth league. Not take up playing time in order to benefit his confidence.

Even a goal at this point doesnt disolve Dinos struggles which is his general play.

Also Dino is hardly a big precense up front. Hes not very tall but rather strong, and in this league most a-league defenders are taller, and much stronger so he has clearly struggled to play to this tag. The whole "big target man" idea for away games is hardly what Dino provides thus far. We saw it in perth, and Adelaide, and we saw how effective we were in Briabane with Gibbs and at home.

Away from home you need a striker thats able to harrass his opposition defenders all game.

f off popa you stubborn dog, stop choosing players based on race

give kubi and gibbs a go

put dino in youth team let him bag a few goals and get some confidence

At the end of the day if Popa keeps playing him, and we keep not scoring, it's Popa's head on the line. Maybe there is something we don't know about him. Let's wait and see what happens. It's Popa's call.

Better not to go there. As I said, the coach is judged by his results in the end.
