Hopefully Ante, as much as I love him, shows why we let him go.

He is more likely to play of his **** skin unfortunately, he will be throwing himself through the air and saving everything lol

How often do teams look shite the week before they play us, then they come to Parra and all of a sudden they look like ***** Barcelona, or we make them look good lol If a side has been lacking confidence and form then WSW has been to go to opposition for a confidence boost for other sides over the last 12 months unfortunately.

We are fielding an almost totally-new team and playing a brand of football we haven't seen at WSW before. The reality is that we're matching or bettering every side we're up against, but we haven't found finishing touches yet, and we've gifted a few from mistakes the like of which will go away with time.

It's a 10 team comp with a top 6 - if we can continue to improve (especially in front of goal) as we have been doing we have every chance to succeed, and we spectators will have the benefit of seeing some better quality football.

Patience.

Remember to get there early, to cheer on our W-League side!!

:xbop:  :xbop:  :xbop:

how early?

I believe the W-League match starts at 2:00 PM... so 2:00 PM I guess!  :woah:

Its also the W-League Sydney Derby. Even more of a reason to go and support the W-League team.

People wanted double headers, they got it.

Good points.

Reminds me a bit of Adelaide during the first stage of Gombau-era. Give it time, we'll click. The signs are there, just need more cohesion. We'll pump a team eventually. I'm thinking a plucky 1-0 win in this one.

I think for the sake of showing who is the best supporters in the league, we need to see the greatest trophy we have earned in our short history, displayed in front of our Wanderland crowd this weekend.

#TIFOGATE    :woah:  :woah:  :woah:  :cheeky:

Would love to have a Football museum/Hall of Fame at the new stadium... the ACL Trophy and Asian Cup would be front and centre. Loved the one at Turner Field with the Braves World Series right in the middle.

In for both games, and I'll even have both boys this time (got to get the youngest in for as many afternoon games as I can while he's still under 4 and free).

Shame that assigned seating is in force for the women's game. If we could compress the crowd it would make for a better atmosphere. At least I sit in the western stand so the sun doesn't set in our eyes.
