wtf a signing from nowhere!

love the ones like this

I love his age, the same with Saba.

Young and hungry and they have a point to prove

With La Rocca, Poljak, Saba, Casteleen and Adeleke.

We obviously aren't going with an asian marquee player this season for next seasons champions league and then two of these guys are going to miss out

why does the AFC bother with this stupid foreign player rule??

Conspiracy theory; we sign Ono back on loan for the ACL squad next season   :ninja:

Hanging to know how long his contract is for. La Rocca has been … well, a rock (sorry) for us for the last 2 years. If this contract is, more than 1 season that all but guarantees La Rocca is gone after this season, doesn't it?

Pretty excited to see a new left back signed up. Young, quick and hungry. Can't wait for the A League to start!

Wasn't there a rumour a while back that poljak might be able to be counted as an Australian player because he was getting married to an Australian?

That'd only count in Australia, and my quick look makes it seem like he'll still need to wait the residency requirement even after he gets married.

Has this been announced by the club or is it the same as the Saba signing with news being broke overseas first?

According to transfer market he has signed for 1 year.

I'm excited about this guy a young LB/Midfielder? I'm hoping he fills LB and brings some attacking flare from the back.

What's the residency requirement?

He needs to be:

living in Australia on a visa for 4 years immediately before applying, which includes 1 year as a permanent resident, and also he must not have been awayt from Australia for more than 1 year during the 4 year period, which includes no more than 90 days in the year before applying for citizenship

Seyi will join up with the full squad in Dubai & will take part in the 2 week long training camp.

Will be interesting to get some feedback as to his current fitness levels.

What is he doing now? When does he start training with the team? The season starts in a month....

Also, some of his tweets are difficult to interpret.

But also impressive the way he can squish what should probably be 250 characters into 140 ;)
