Hughesy
He's flogging rugs at a busy marketplace in Marrakech. "This is still better than playing in the A-League!" He told local reporters. Nnnnnathan12, theguyyouwishyouwere, wendybr and 2 others 5 Link to comment

Edinburgh
I sympathise with those wondering why McKay gets picked so often. I'm surprised no one commented when he was chosen as part of the A League team of the decade! Link to comment
GunnerWanderer
Juric must have begged Ange to put him in shop window the offers must have dried up Aspro should get a run before wright :-) Alexander 1 Link to comment
DCWSW
Something interesting I found out.. This wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification_%E2%80%93_AFC_Second_Round, had the venues for all the upcoming Socceroos games... I looked at it last night, and they have since been removed. If my memory serves me correct it said. Australia v Krygystan 12 Nov 2015 at Brisbane Stadium Australia v Tajikstan 24 March 2016 at Newcastle Stadium Australia v Jordan 29 March 2016 at Stadium Australia I'm 100% certain that it said Newcastle and Stadium Australia for the Tajikstan and Jordan game and 80% sure it said Brisbane for the Kyrgystan game Prydzopolis 1 Link to comment

Most likely it was just someone who put random venues based on no actual information. Happens a lot on Wikipedia. That's probobly why it was removed. Link to comment
Nnnnnathan12
McKay is in the team as a morale booster for the football community. We all need hope that park footballers can play for Australia too. Alexander, DinoPresinger, Prydzopolis and 2 others 5 Link to comment

Sime11
Good move IMO, more likely to get consistent playing time. Just felt he would have ridden the pine at villa Prydzopolis 1 Link to comment
Nnnnnathan12
Luongo is an interesting one, I personally hope that he goes back to Tottenham, But he wouldn't be a first team starter, he would sit behind Eriksen but he would get some good European experience in Europa League. He'd would get game time at Villa, Tim Sherwood is all about Tim Sherwood. Anything to promote his own players from his time as a youth coach at Spurs. Luongo would get an opportunity Prydzopolis 1 Link to comment

You're probably right, but I prefer my conspiracy theory. It's going to be a long offseason, I need something to focus on My theory: -The AFC have a specific date to which national federations need to submit the venues they will play the matches in. -The date came and went, the FFA submitted it and then the AFC updated the Wiki page. -Someone from the FFA or somewhere has noticed that the venues are up on Wiki and removed it themselves. I think thats the most likely outcome.... Alexander and Prydzopolis 2 Link to comment
