ok had a quick look online, I speak very basic japanese. you can only make a reservation by calling 03-5728-5599 japan country code is 81 playing at day or night on a weekday makes a big difference in price. noon to 7pm is ¥8000 per hour 7pm to 10pm is ¥18000 per hour 10pm to 1130 is ¥24500 for 1.5 hours. pay cash when you get there.

FYI I've never eaten KFC there, I barely eat it in Australia. However I did hear about that colonel sanders statue and thought the touring group might want to continue the antics. I can't assist with saitama, I don't know the area well enough. One thing I'd recommend if there's a decent tour group number; try to book some time for a game at the shibuya futsal field for a truly japanese football experience.
