  1. Mate no matter we do, it seems like we can not win. When we stopped chanting and even boycotted couple of times at ANZ stadium, we were told that we only care about ourselves and should we not be there for the team, and had the lyrics 'win or lose, we will always follow you', thrown in our faces. Not necessarily on the forum but that other facebook group. I know its frustrating as ****, going from what we were to what we are. I am in two views, one people are all too happy to support an overseas mid table team or lower divisions yet won't show up to our games anymore, and the other view look at what the management has done, they dont deserve our efforts. Right now I am in the first view simply as I go more for the active support than the crap on the field. Our club management simply dont care, or if they do they dont show it. JT needs to go, he is useless and the club has gone backwards underneath him. The sad thing is that it will get worse next two weeks, cant see us beating adelaide and then we got esfc.
  2. Be careful you might cop a 12month ban from Sydney Olympic Park for that
  3. Be mindful that the owners of the football club will own the stadium/land not the actual football club. They will expect a return, before they invest more significant money, which will take years, especially if their crowds are not that big. Granted they will probably sell the naming rights, get the food and drinks profit and car park. But we have seen with us what a tightass owner can do.
  4. no surprise from the ffa it was obvious they have no idea when wollongong didn't even make the final round of applications. dont know enough about the melbourne bid, but from what i have read, the only good thing is that the owners of the club (not the actual club) will own the stadium, though the location is apparently weird. as for sws team, i can see them being a bit larger than central coast, but smaller than newcastle. i dont think we will be impacted much, seen by the games we have taken down there, any impact on us will be covered by the new stadium. No surprise that our owners/ceo asked for sws to be introduced a year after our stadium. very selfish. having two new teams and a new stadium in one season would have brought a massive boost.
  5. first esfc away. Nothing will beat that day. waited how many years for that moment. From not having a western sydney initally in the league, to the failure of the rovers. many times it seemed that day would never come. the whole entire day/night was epic. remember at the final whistle thinking we waited 8 years for that day. ACL in parramatta would come close second. crazy night/morning, absolutly freezing and a massive ride of emotions. will throw the airport arrival part of this. melbourne away when they equalised with a free kick was one of the better away trips. crazy scenes before hand, people there know what im talking about, and the show in the stadium was glorious. newcastle away to win the league would always have a soft spot. wellington 20min boycott brisbane semi final 5-4 not going to include the times against police and security, but they are always fun.
  6. so typical. here we have the clubs against the ffa, yet always bend over backwards for them. there has been no flares this season, and look how much the crowds have increased by. the ffa are killing the game, the league has been in the worse state its ever been, but lets worry about 2 flares. When things need changing the ffa take their time and even ignore it, but on this issue lets actually do something. But don't worry people, the way the league is being run there wont need to be anymore sanctions on the rbb, because there wont be a league.
  7. those in power at our club are nothing but puppets to what the ffa say. They always say "if it was up to us this would happen.....' but nothing ever does. its sad they would rather listen to an organisation that clearly has no idea over the supporters of this club.
  8. about the banned people attending. These banned people, while being banned, still give their time and effort making the rbb what it is. Just because they got a piece of paper, doesnt mean their love of football, the club, or rbb is diminished. They still care. They wernt there to cause trouble, they were there to listen to what the club had to say. So why shouldnt they be allowed in? What was JT and mark jensen so worried about?
  9. yep. too much sense for the bdsfa.
  10. Ahhhh good old bdsfa at it again. We started off with 10 teams in the comp. First two rounds were washed out but obviously made up again. After round 10 eastern creek pulls out of the comp all together (they were a very poor team). Only one team has played them twice. So instead of the bdsfa just awarding every team 3 points when they were supposed to play eastern creek, they now award it as a bye (and recieve no points). One team played them twice already (recieving 6 points), 8 teams played them once (recieiving 3 points) and one team hasnt played them at all (recieving 0 points). after a lot of email and trying to explain to the bdsfa how is this fair, and even outlining two possible solutions: 1. the team that has played eastern creek twice, will have their last result changed into a bye 2. simply award 3 points for the bye instead of zero. The bdsfa have come up with this great solution. At the end of the season they will divide the total points by 17 (the games we have played), find out how many points we earnt per game, then add this instead of the bye. Now icompman doesnt have the technology to update this. so at the end of the season 9 of 10 teams will recieve points. So the table will not be true until the end of the season and some teams can finish on 50.7453 points.
  11. since the clubs management loves to look towards esfc, i wonder if they will learn anything from esfc's management. esfc were involved with equal or more 'bad behaviour' throughout last season. they have been involved in much more bad behaviour in npl this season (even have had points taken away). and again this weekend. just wondering if esfc management will send an email like our club did, or are esfc management much smarter than our clubs management?
  12. The clubs management is a joke. no appreciation, all they want is take take take. every active support that a club or organization has controlled has failed. last season we lost Melbournes NT and the squadron. This is not just an attack on the rbb. This is a continued attack against active support.
  13. $280?? with what club, i play in the blacktown district and my rego is $330. how do you find the break down of your rego? when you pay online, there is a 'breakdown' option. you literally click on that small tab and it brings up another window with it. also my registration fees do not include ref fees
  14. this is great. the ffa are killing the sport
  15. to register as an all age man or a team in the bdsfa my cost was $279. the breakdown was: $25 to ffa, same as last year $78 to football nsw, increase on last year $74 to bdsfa, increase on last year $97 to the club, actually decrease on last year. I have no issues with the money going to the club. But the rest are ridiculous, especially considering the absolute shambles bdsfa ran with writing off the spartans debt.
