FFA Refereeing Guidelines: Melbourne City Edition

1. Cahill is not to be red carded under any circumstances

2. No opposition player can touch the Cahill, automatic red card

3. City must win free kick count by a ratio of at least 4:1

4. Bruno must get the opportunity to have two penalty kicks per game

5. If City are behind on the scoreboard a minimum of 6 minutes are to be added on at the end of each half

6. You can never give City enough penalties

7. Brandan to be given free kick every time he hits the ground. Discipline to be determined by the amount of Brandan rolls (3-5 yellow card, 6+ red card and 4 match suspension)

8. Offside rule to be retired in all City attacking situations, in event of opposition attack offside is determined by the 3rd last defender

9. In event of Cahill having his feelings hurt by opposition fans free kick ratio is reset at 6:1 in favour of City

10. All City MRP referred incidents to be punished by a stern talking to, opposition MRP referred players to receive mandatory 3 game suspension

Guideline 11. If and when Cahill scores anyone caught removing the corner flag before Timmy carries on like a demented twat will be publicly flogged and given a portrait of Gallop which must be stuck on his or her bedroom wall for a minimum of 5 years, and also, the removalist will have to assist Timmy carry his wallet to his Ferrari after the game.
