That interview is great. Covic is loving it and that's what we like to see.

A work colleague of mine was showing me the team of the league so far according to Fox Sports fantasy league and besides being dominated by Central Coast and Adelaide players there was a nice little red and black striped jersey on the pitch... yep... Ante Covic. Best keeper in the league :)

Covic is a champion...................Just carrying on from last season. He has been in unreal form.

Probably him and Galekovic have been the two best keepers and young Vedran Janjetovic from Sydney FC has also been great.

Mack you are a beast do you have an alarm goes off on any major wanderers news haha - i love the fact all the players keep mentioning the fans. you know if the back of their mind they are thinking i don't wanna play anyway else... i really want to see NTS, Beau and Polenz  made priority now! Sign them up! NTS has a habit of heading for the biggest offer, so get him done ASAP!

I wonder what he was saying to Berisha at the end... I'm thinking something like ''go **** your self"

If you needed any more reason to love and admire Ante Covic...

On Besart Berisha: "It was constant, and it's been pretty much every game because we've won all three and it's obviously pissed him off even more.

"Throughout the game, like he usually does, he was having quite a decent whinge, on everything. In both of our games away [against Brisbane] he has put the shoulder in on me – harmlessly, but there is just no need for it – and he kept on going after the game and I just told him to shut the hell up, but maybe in a bit more colourful language.

"I told him, "We've had enough, we've heard everything you've got to say, zip it for once,"

Could watch this over and over. 1 point would have felt almost like a loss after the way we played.

Love this guy's intensity. I believe he is one of the key reasons our back four have been so strong lately.
