Yesterday's interview makes it clear he has the perfect psychology to be in our squad. Now if his head and heart can translate to his feet we could be in for some special combinations this season. Da  Ri  O makes for a great RBB chant

Great interview. 7 coaches, 4 different medical teams, and twice misdiagnosed - incredible. Says a lot about the club that he had offers from Europe, but the professionalism of our club and Popa were the motivating factors for him signing.

seriously excited about this signing haha

You're not worried that he'll take the starting spot from your beloved Mitch Nichols?

Interesting how he praises the medical team at the WSW. The difference to Sion must be massive for him to say he feels like on a different planet.

Once he's back at the level he was at two years ago he'll be a gun.

What I found incredible:

- Sion went through 7 managers since he joined the club in 2013 (14 since 2003)

- Through one of the management changes, he got labelled as saving himself for the 2014 WC & took six months to change the mind of his manager

- Sion went through 4 different sets of medical staff while he was there

- Dario was mismanaged through two viruses, one which he was treated with panadol

- Whilst training, he fell off a bike & after an MRI was told it was just an impact injury. Weeks later he found out that he was misdiagnosed & required a month or rehabilitation to get him back to peak condition

- He described Sion as a basket case, unprofessional etc etc but I find it incredible that his agent or anyone in football forgot to warn him that he was walking into a minefield (what about his dad?)

- The final one takes the cake, the owner of the club couldn't find anyone else to take over so decided to become the manager himself :shok: Just imagine mr pirtek or Lederer deciding to become manager? What a joke

He described seeing the medical coaching staff in action as a dream. He seems very hardworking, very professional & determined to succeed. Very promising!

^^ I feel for him, but this shows that players and/or their reps need to research teams properly before going overseas.

Aussie football history is littered with players who made poor choices when moving os.

This x1000. There are many examples of players very quickly returning with tails between their legs to the A-league. Vidosic joins the list. I am very excited about him being a Wanderer though.
