Released. Contract cut short by a year. I'm guessing the club paid out the contract to get a squad position back. Either that or Barresi decided he wasn't going to get anywhere by staying another year and requested it, maybe to go back home to Adelaide or try his luck at another club.

Played in their behind closed door match against Juventus last night, suffered a suspected ACL.
