Reddy is a legend in my eyes now. Absolute madman. We really need a gif of that ball toss.

I was one of the "Redmayne stays in" people. That one on one would have seen Redmayne running out and taking a chance, Reddy stood his ground, backed himself and won. On top of that there was total control in releasing the ball and when he wanted to kick it long he didn't plead with his defenders to move up field he ordered them. Now I'm one of those "Reddy stays in" people.

Cool display against his former club. Has the goods, and could be in the same league as Theo, Covic, Vukovic, Galecovic.

But then there are his last two exits at ESFC and CCM, and now the Jurman incident. He sure comes with a "handle with care" warning.

I am starting to get the feeling that some people at this club in this club will start to like him because of his temperamental ways lol, but I get what you mean. Some of the other players or Popa will have to let him know to pull his head in when things get heated. But we do need someone with his experience in there since we lost Covic.

Well he knows how to endear himself to the WSW faithful, no better way of doing that then a cheeky little flick with the ball in Simon's face in front of a packed out RBB   It could have boiled over a little too far of course, but I think it was cheeky more than anything and got under ESFC's skin in the way they have got under our skin in recent times. I quite liked ESFC's reaction to it.

For that alone he stays in, he fits the WSW ethos. I liked it

Much like Bob I wanted to back Redmayne but feel now Reddy has taken the number 1 jersey for the rest of the season. For me it wasn't so much the shot stopping (I think Redders is a good shot stopper) but everything else that is just much better than Redmayne on the back of last nights performance.

As FCB mentioned, the ball flick incident showed (was ******* ) we've got to just be careful of his discipline on & off the field. Surely after being booted from Easts & Gosford he must know that he can't afford another indiscretion.

Back in season 1 we played Newcastle (I believe) at Campbelltown. It was 2-0. Then Newcastle scored with a few minutes to go. Covic, instead of giving the ball back to Newcastle, who were after a quick restart, held on to the ball and tried to start a fight with the Newcastle players in the goal net.

It's not about morals or expectations on players behavior or trying to dictate how someone composes themselves.

It's completely emotive and it's about our team winning.

Like Covic trying to slow down the play by punching on with the striker. That cheeky flick into Dorkmans face is a good sign of going that little bit extra.

If that referee was good (he wasn't, he was ******* useless) then Dorkman gets a red for that head butt.

Yes. It's "unsportsmanlike". But that's the competitive edge high intensity sports bring out.

I hope Reddy trains hard and becomes a club legend, because that cheeky flick is held highly in my books.

The aftermath was too funny. Jamo and Hamill would have pushed Jurman into the bay had it not been for the net. And Mitch looks like a first grader who can't get to the ice cream man because of all the bigger kids in front of him (1:15).

Redmayne has certainly played his part in our success this year. However for us to be a force in the pointy end of the year, we need a top class keeper such as reddy.

Reddy showed in the derby that he oozes confidence and commands the box well. I am right behind him.

Well his old man did play for the Australian Kangaroos in League... Apple doesn't fall far from the tree... and who can forget the training 'mishap' which had his old man served with an AVO from the old Parra Power coach, Nick Theodorakopoulos a few years back.

i've said it before, but the more ex-smurfs we have in our team the better we are.

i propose we keep picking up SFC rejects and turning them into decent, likeable footballer - though i draw the line at jurman and ryall.

There is not a single player in their squad I'd like to see playing for us, not even Brosque. Are there still any ex Smurf Westies out there who would be worth a look? After Jamo's homecoming can't really think of anyone. Petratos? Clut?
