Any news on goal scorers today Taurus? Perfectly understand if you can't tell, Specially if any Seoul people are snooping the site.

He's also likely to assume the role of corner / set piece taker.

Better than Saba? Haven't rated his free kicks on goal but corners/deliveries in the box have been delicious!

Different, but its good to have options.

Saba has a propensity to get frustrated if the play he expects to unfold doesn't go to plan.

He needs to understand that some players particularly the younger ones, aren't necessarily on his level & will either hesitate under pressure or take a wrong option. Popa may have to give him a kick up the butt one day & that will turn him around.

Having said that, Vitor & some of the senior guys in the squad are building good chemistry.

Hey Taurus, just wondering if you've had a word to any of the commentary team members for the A-League season, regarding how   Row-mayo   is pronounced??

No need for me to get involved in such matters.

Popa will put them straight.

Had a good chat to Romeo last night, top bloke and chomping at the bit to get on the park. He's counting down the days to the Victory game.

Thumb on left hand strapped up?

Minimal strapping on the thumb, he said it would be right in a couple of days. Was very impressed when I knew he'd injured at the training earlier in the day.  :ninja:

He also mentioned that the young kid that replaced him in training fractured his wrist on the same arm, what the hell are the boys doing? haha

I was a bit anxious just before Tara Rushton introduced him, but can happily report she got the pronunciation spot on!

Clean break above the left wrist unfortunately.

The young lad has got some tekkers too.

His Father was there watching on & accompanied him to hospital.

He looked pretty keen last night walking around after the match with the players too.

Really though, I'm as excited as he is to see him unleashed against MV

Only 2 games before the ACL final , will be interesting to see if he gets much game time or will popa give more time to cole and kwabs for ACL preparation . We may not see him in action until November .

agreed, if Taurus is on the money, we maybe a very excited bunch in here after the game tomorrow.

If we can get out of dodge with a draw, I'll be a happy Wanderer.

Tough gig for us 1st up against a potent attacking force, particularly given that we've been playing ACL games.

Hopefully, we frustrate them early doors & put away one or more of our 1/2 chances.
