It was on PS3... didn't freeze no. Dino with the first, Ono...who was a gun! scored a cracking 2nd and Topor with a header off a corner to clinch it. :)

Anyway, back on topic.

My tip. 1-1 AET with us winning on Pens 4-2.

News out of TWG site saying Broich didn't train this morning

Broich misses training

Brisbane Roar star Thomas Broich sat out training and continued to show a heavy limp just two days before the defending A-League champion's semi-final clash with Western Sydney Wanderers at Parramatta Stadium.

Broich was a noticeable absentee from Roar's field session on Wednesday morning after badly injuring his Achilles in Sunday night's 2-1 play-off win over Adelaide United.

However, he did tell reporters that he was confident he would play against the Wanderers.

The club echoed those sentiments with defender Jade North and goalkeeper Michael Theo but declaring that they expected the German playmaker to be fit to take his place on Friday night.

"He's a tough character and from all reports he's looking good," North said of Broich.

"(But) we can't just rely on one player. It's not just about individual players, it's about a team.

"I'm confident. We've got a lot of talent here."

On Tuesday, Roar coach Mike Mulvey said he was confident Broich and fellow midfielder Luke Brattan, who escaped any serious knee and calf injuries after being the victim of a high challenge from Reds striker Tomi Juric, would both be available to face WSW.

Roar will be without injured right-back Jack Hingert, with scans confirming a high-grade injury to ligaments in his right ankle, ruling him out of action for four to six weeks.

I agree with this 100%.  The Premier's Plate and Asia next year will do me - I'm not greedy.  And if we do win this, it will be wonderful too.  I trust Popa to make the right decisions and get our best team on the field to do what they always do - play their guts out and do the very best they can do.

I would prefer ACL and Premiers plate to the knock out cup (finals) any day! Still - onward and upward! Our intensity wont drop.

At the start of the season - my expectation was Top 6.

We have exceeded that (and then some!)

Everything else is just a bonus!
