fair crowd on a rainy day. scrappy game that held a bit of intensity throughout. Ono certainly a spark. crowd could be heard chanting throughout, even as draw loomed. commentators commenting several times on WSW support. Well done, everyone!!

Just got home from the match. The RBB soundd great from my location and had many younger fans clapping along with the beat.

A great job considering really the first time on such a scale.

The overall crowd i thought was down because of the rain, but I feel this will be a solid 10,000 base to build from.

Could not here the CCM fans at all from where I was.

It was great to see the crowd get up and give a rousing ovation at the end.

I am wet and a little cold from the experience but came away happy after a little scrappy, as expected from a new team, but full of heart

and determination.

We were a little slow on the ball compared to them, they really were fluid in their build ups while we were disjointed with many passes going no where.

A few more intense games will see a better more solid side.

Ready to rip into FC :)

Looked a hell of a lot more than 10k... more about 13 or 14? Still was good to get some points (above the ESFC mob!), play some decent passages of football and also a decent turnout given the rain.

Now... to sort out my jersey... see Merchandise thread. Not happy :(

Really enjoyed tonight. I took my mate who is an AFL fan and he enjoyed it as well. Great atmosphere. The boys played well especially when Ono and Mooy had a bit of the ball in the later stages. I really look forward to seeing the two of them dictate games and serve up chances to big Dino (who didn't have his scoring boots on today - but with the wet ground you can't hold that against him).

Bring on next week.

Enjoyed the march immensely and you guys were very loud throughout. Great night. Held our own against a top side on the pitch too (only 1 shot from Mariners?)

RBB were excellent but in some parts they need to up the vocal tones...

70% of the guys don't know the chants because they haven't been to the trial games. Disappointing , though still had a good night!

Great game, and good result!!! Man it feels good to be a Wanderer!!! :)

Before the match i would have been happy with a point, but afterwards with those 3 missed chances we deserved all 3!

Im going to watch the match on fox tomorow, but for me the key points of our performance was offcourse ped by Mooy.

Mooy and Poljak i thought did really well, took a while to get going, and Mooy did hold onto the ball to long at times but man hes class n it was a great battle woth Rogic. Poljak worled his ass off too!

Defensively we were great! But its going to take a few more games for some better combinations and fluid play to eventuate.

Polenz did really well at RB, although the combination with his winger will need work as many passes wen astray.

Hersi surprised me, still alot of wayward passes and loss of possession but if he gets better n better he will be impprtant, still the improvement in him was encouraging.

Kresinger really needa to make better runs and be better on the ball, very early days so he will improve but tonight he was very flat footed on crosses and what not. Worked hard tho.

Hope Bridge and Haliti improve, that was the same crap theu dished out last season in the a-league so we need them to step up.

Ono will be really important for us, he just looks absolutely class on the ball. A few more weeks playong together and woth him we can be very competetive.

PS: whats up with Elrich?

RBB was still great!

Couple more rounds n id love to see all 3 bays together singing along! Would be epic.

Nothing wrong with Elrich, just didn't get the nod tonight.

Interesting, i thought he had RB wrapped up.
