Cannot wait for this one. Should be a great game, and better still, a great crowd.

It would be nice to see this nabbout fella live... A lot of people are raving about him, sure he looks good but many a player has for a few games! Finkler is in doubt and Flores out from his red. Could be a good time to get them. If they couldn't break down the mariners with an extra man I like out chances at home.

This has the potential to be probably the most memorable home game this season. Can't wait for it!!

Im not sure if im reading into this correctly, but are people suggesting Melb V are our bigger rivals then Sydney Fc?

If so wtf are you guys smoking!?

There is pure hate brewing between the smurfs and us! Bragging rights are the most sought after thing!!

Melb V im sure will always be a great contest and seperate rivalry, much like a Man Utd v Liverpool or Leeds.

Maybe i jus miss-interpreted.

Hoping for a good 15k crowd and a 2-0 win!! Ono + Gibbs to score!!

Man Utd v Liverpool is a secondary rivalry? Man Utd fans sing about Hillsborough, Liverpool fans sing about Munich. THAT is pure hate.

The Sydney derby, imo, we've already won by a country mile off the pitch, it's on the pitch that that one matters. The RBB vs BWB is a much harder challenge in the stands, whereas the game itself, of course we want to win, but it's who can be louder and prouder off the pitch that makes this one matter so much.

Nah I agree with DeeDee..

I think our egos are getting ahead of us already.. It's all well and good to wanna be the best supporters in the league, but our rivalry is Sydney FC. Who cares if we beat them off the field.. We need to beat them on the field to get the bragging rights!

Think of the future, dude.

In a few years The Cove will still be stuck where they are and the RBB will be light years ahead.

Saturday is when it all kicks off for the first time. RBB v BWB - an event to look forward to like no other.

Sydney FC is a bad comedy act, but they still are our main rivals (and probably always will be). They will deny we are their rivals, but the bigger our support base gets the more this rivarly will fester. They are looking nervously over their shoulder.

Melbourne Victory is a future rivalry in terms of us wanting to be the biggest club, and aspiring to be like them. Sydney FC is everything we aspire not to be.

I dont know this ego **** going on.. As what ive heard, we have a long way to go on and off the field, but in both aspects we are doing better than anyone expected.

We just know surpassing cove once we get more numbers and discipline, thats kids stuff! I like the prospect of a melb v wsw as they appear to have more balls and are the benchmark, something we wanna be. You have to respect them for what theyve done so far, as for sydney fc.. I dont respect and will never, they talk **** out of their asses and never back it up, and their fans are in denial. Haha

Wanderers. Future no1 team in sydney. :)

I'm going to a wedding during the day on Saturday, but managed to get out of the reception ;)

Agreed but there is no getting out of that shift.

Mate, we will become the biggest club in Australia!

I have no doubt about that.

It's mine and my partner's 1 year anniversary this weekend and I'm still going to the game. Call in sick is all I can say.

its not a standard shift , were moving offices that week and its my job to miagrate all the server and comms. My only hope is i can go on an extended 3 hour break, im working in the city so its just down the road which makes it even more painful.
