*sighs*

That was very frustrating to watch. We could be in trouble now with the injuries, Polenz, Mooy, D'Apuzzo, Ono, and now having to deal with La Rocca's red... **** me.

Edit:

Forgot Minniecon and Tyson are injured too. GAHAHHHHHHH

I dont think the ref had much control unfortunately...

La rocca though... costly brain snap. Will get 3 games. Season over.

what happened to beauchamp was good to see rocky play but we seriously missed our other boys and cost us 3 points we would have won with full strength team.but still happy with a draw after toopor error which happens i guess

Pretty sure it was just after the red. Maybe a sub being made I remember it was stopped for a few seconds and they cut to Farina who was stressing and pacing. When he screams "Shuuut Up" I was dying of laughter and had to rewind it like 5 times.

Kubi was really struggling against Grant on the right and Grant took the ball off him many times or at least blocked Kubi's crosses.  We were missing Hersi and his combination with Polenz on that side.

Topor's assist to ADP was a bit unlucky, I think Topor didn't look up properly before that misplaced pass to LaRocca.  As soon as ADP got that ball, the result was pretty much expected - the guy has been fooling defenders (world class ones at that) and scoring past them for the past 20-odd years!

Cole's 1st free kick was superb, I was hoping for a repeat on the 2nd one.  Never mind, a point is a point and at least SFC didn't get 3.

Bit worried about Shinji limping off and also how many weeks LaRocca will cop for that silly elbow he planted into Antonis's face - unfortunately his frustration got the better of him after Antonis dragged him back in the first place.

Hopefully we can claim the premiers' plate on Good Friday in Newcastle after a win to restore normal proceedings.

Go the Wanderers!

with the team popa had to field, i thought the result was pretty impressive, what's even more impressive is how very easily we could have won that game with all the chances we had in the last 10 + the fact that their goal was just a gift/an unlucky defensive judgment.

ono reported as groin injury to other leg(not hamstring njury leg)scans tommorow

adp is a freak his foot work on the ball is something special if he was in our line up we would win every game 5-0plus

what happened to beauchamp will he be ok for next week

Next weekend we will be receiving the plate while the smurfs will hopefully be fumbling their way out of the top 6. That's all that matters.

Time to watch this back on foxtel.

Can't wait for next weekend now makes the trip to Newcastle even better ( though I would prefer for CCM to drop some points so im not stressing).

I agree with the missing hersi + polenz on the wing those 2 are major attacking force, whats the word on polenz being back?

yeah, he's a bit like that, i won't say he's a dirty player but he pushes the boundaries, he's gotten away with it other times during the season but tonight was just a brain fade to do something so blatant and just so dangerous. and it was basically the last second of the game, just stupid. yep most likely a 3 game suspension.

he's been playing so well too in midfield, and with mooy injured and ono injured tonight it's going to hurt us even more.

ono's injury didn't look good at all, he was holding his hamstring and groin, he could hardly run. hope he can make it back for our first final.

Sime11 = Nostradamus..

Either that or he travelled forward in time in Doc Brown's DeLorean to check the score

Im so god damn sick of seeing those FN Smurfs and their smugness as they trash our team and say we are overhyped and not deserved of top of the ladder, when all they did salvage a draw against an almost second string wanderers.

We are a totally different side without our Captain, Hersi, Mooy, Polenz and even Ono was no where near 100%. We were always going to struggle in patches. The boys on the pitch did us proud today even if they couldnt get the win we came extremely close. I would have loved to have seen what happen if the roles were reversed and it was them fielding a depleted side, it would have been a field day.

Not to worried we didn't get to celebrate the premiers plate at home, will be happy to celebrate it with less flogs at Newy next week.

pure **** fluke lol, seen him score a couple of FK's for the smurfs, nothin woulda made him happier than scoring an important goal against his old club (like beauchamp did in derby 2).

seeing as Im not a betting man, can you actually put a bet down to say that cole woulda scored off a FK or that cole woulda scored in the derby?

if he plays against on friday, lets hope he does it again :)

haha if your not a betting man just tell me your prediction of the jets game and i will bet for you haha we will split the winnings 50/50 of course lol

p.s the odds would have benn like $50-$1 for cole to score you can make us millionaires with a few more of those predictions sime
