Just tried to buy tickets , allocation exhausted WTF !!!

CHEERS HOWIE.

Which section?

I Visited a local Ticketek outlet  at 9.45 this morning requiring 5 tickets ,the boys gave me cash for me to make the purchase on their behalf, i was unable to buy any active or GA tickets anywhere in the stadium, the only ones available on her screen where gold section in eastern stand.i asked her to retry several times for the areas that i requested, each time the system indicated allocation exhausted.

The lady tried single ticket purchases along with multiple tickets in the mentioned sections.

She suggested trying online as an alternative means. So on returning home i accessed ticketek and was able to secure five tickets.

IM pissed as i would rather not pay by credit card, the question that i have is why the local outlet would not allow for GA purchases ( even when i had five membership cards for id)

Cheers Howie 2127.

If you can get to Epping on the bus rather than going round via Srathfield it might be a help. You can get the bus to Epping from Parra (M54), run every 20min on a Saturday and are pretty quick, might just cut a corner.

Or the M60 runs every 20 mins form Parra and goes to Hornsby.  Won't be running when you get back though. See http://www.cdcbus.com.au/IgnitionSuite/uploads/docs/600_M60_Timetable%2029%20January%202013.pdf

Nice one, no need to go via Strathfield from out Parra way on the way up, but as you say, will need to go back afterwards via Strathfield.

It is very important to get that second place by season's end. Beating CC would be a major step in that direction. Apart from giving us a weekend off, it will also give us a home Final against the highest-placed Elimination Final winner. This might be MV if they beat Syd FC this weekend and do reasonably in their following two matches (Newc and Well away). MV if 3rd would then be at home to Newc or Syd FC in EF1, it might be presumed.

On form, Adelaide may just pip CC in EF2, meaning they would travel to Brisbane in SF1.

This could open up the possibility of a home GF if we could dispose of MV at Pirtek and Adelaide upset Brisbane at Suncorp (which they have already done this season).

Of course there probably has never been an A-League round that has played out as expected, so all we can do is support our team and hope for the best!

Does second place guarantee Asian CL qualification or does that go to the runner up of the stupid GF?

Or does second get the half spot?

Can never get a definitive answer..

The system for allocation of spots has been changed again and the allocation of spots will be decided by the AFC in November.

last season it was

1 spot to premiers plate (us)

1 spot to final series winners (sea bogans)

0.5 spot to highest spot on the table that did win either of the above (melbourne peanuts)

so if brisbane win the finals series as well, then 1 full spot will go 2nd spot on the table (hopefully us)

Great, so we enter a competition, not knowing what the prize is?  :fool:

This will be the first Mariners away game I've missed. We've played in the heat and torrential rain up there. Here's hoping it's a nice day for everyone traveling up.

Champions will do me.  ;)

Here is what we know so far about qualification for the 2015 ACL.

Looking at the growing interest of MAs to participate in the next tier of AFC’s club competitions, the assessment criteria has been simplified.

The committee decided to rank the Member Associations based on their national teams and clubs’ performance over last four years in AFC competitions. Thirty per cent of points will be allocated for national teams’ performances while seventy per cent for the clubs’ showings.

Upon confirmation of the rankings, the MAs ranked 1 to 24 will be eligible to play in the AFC Champions League. Apart from being in the top 24, the MAs should fulfill club licensing criteria, have integrity programmes within the MA, organisation of professional league and its governance, facilities as required in the regulations and sound supporting system for logistical matters in order to be eligible to receive a direct slot(s).

The MAs ranked 25 to 32 will be eligible to participate in AFC Cup group stage while MAs ranked 33 to 47 will be provided with an opportunity to play in AFC Cup playoff stage.

The assessment will be carried out in 2014 and will be applied for 2015 and 2016 while the assessment of 2016 will be applied for 2017 to 2020.

The last 3 away matches to Newcastle also had track work, this will be my first central coast away match.

Pumped for it, we showed promise against a **** Perth team. The extra few days rest should help the boys recover.

We need as much support for the team as the season end approaches, see you all up there.

M1/F3 Gosford is Red and Black!!

Perhaps when their band moves to the Eastern Grandstand in the second half we should take their place behind the goal !!

Are you crazy, the police would see that as on par with an annexation of another country ! I am already expecting to see Brisbane water full of amphibious military grade landing boats ready for deployment and the hills surrounding the stadium to contain snipers, if you see a red dot on you in the RBB it won't be a laser pen. Gosford will be in full lock down for the arrival of the RBB.

When the CC Fans (or Fan) Start there pitafull Who do we sing for

The Wanderers fans should just take over & silence them.

Yes.

ESFC have tried doing it to us but it always fails, looks even worse then they try doing it after us... But we could defiantly embarrass any team trying to use a WDWSF

Link to comment

Umm yeah lets not stoop that low. Y do people focus so much on the opposition? Focus on us ffs

This.

If we are proper active, their WDYSF won't even be heard full stop.

We are not ESFC scum that try invade other supporters chants.

.... Or we could do a WDYSF chant off lol ...... just kidding :ninja:
