A win would be nice....

I bet the J-league's top scorer doesn't sit on the bench for this one!

Thoughts on the match

- No surprises this time so we know what to expect, not as good as Ulsan but definitely better than the Chinese team

- Form isn't too bad considering it was a last minute loss to CCM

- Team was tired so expect wholesale changes to the starting lineup, Santa, kubi, haliti, mooy, la rocca, trifiero, Mullen, golec, cole, d'apuzxo and Tyson. They looked like they just ran out of puff in the end so can't see any of the starters from Saturday starting

- Can see them playing there strongest lineup as there acl campaign is on the line

- good luck to the travelling supporters!!

Mooy and la rocca both started against ccm. I'd hope to see spira in the back line for this match

True, but I hate bridge as a number 10 and would rather a mooy that played 60mins on Saturday. The fact that we have rotated most of the squad it is unfortunate that la rocca is the one that must play as he is rock solid in defence. He will probably get a rest next Saturday night.

I think I heard that spira hasn't come back in good shape from his London trip with the soceroos. Think popa is rejuvenating him for the finals series so won't play the next few.

Will be interesting to see the sort of game time Ono will get. I'd rather him fully fit to take on the roar though.

Shinj almost certain to start at 10 IMO. Something like this, I do reckon.

                 Jerrad

Mullen   Spira   Golec   Shannon

        Iacopo       Aaron

Kwabs         Shinj         Bridgey

                   Tomi

Whatever the case, in Popa we trust and I will be screaming for the lads at Todoroki Athletics Stadium

Happily take a draw from this one. Then a win at home against Guizhou and we're through, regardless of the result against Ulsan.

pressure is more on Kawasaki, just gotta turn up and do our Job.

Prefer we dont park the bus as we look shaky at times. Kawasaki should have got a draw at least in the last game. they wont waste chances like they did.

A draw will get us through if Guizhou don't win their game.

How does that work?

The standings for our group in reach for the top 2 are still pretty close.

They attack and a quick transition to counter and score a goal.

Have we ever got the results while trying to park the bus? Seems we ALWAYS concede when trying to defend.

Just doesn't work for us.
