Probably our best 90 minute performance this season.  If only we could have taken our chances in the first half.  Appiah's tackle on Broich was bad.  Should have been a red.

Miss Shinji already.

Unlucky not to get 3 points but also freakishly concerning when we play out of back.

There goal came from passage that started with us losing it at back.

Man crush for Tomi

Man crush for Tomi

I haven't liked a player that much since I fell in love with Beckham as a child. He had such an impact when he came on, he's classes above our other strikers. I think I have a man crush too.

So why the massive boos at full time? So much disappointment in a team that got a result vs the best team in the league, which bumped you up to 2nd on the ladder..

I'm pretty sure there was no booing?

There was aimed at KGJ as he walked off from what I saw. Very little.

Ignore the troll.

Only booing was at the Roar for wasting time and taking dives.!!!

I just re-wound my Foxtel box to full time to check.

Boos rang out on full time, even Simon Hill said, "is there time? Peter Green says no, blows full time to a chorus of boos from the home supporters".

You're welcome to check for yourself..

^^^ And the referee stopping a throw in to treat the "injured" Roar player then deciding after a while that he'll blow full time. Pretty sure you can't have full time in a stoppage since that time should be added on as stoppage time.

RBB invented setting benchmarks, did they?

Great tifo, well done.

I thought the Cove's farewell to Lavicka at the end of 11/12 season was great too. Both feature the national flag of the legend being farewelled.

Mate the boos were loud and clear on TV. Maybe you were with the active fans who cheered and didn't hear the predominant boos from the sidelines.

^^^ This!! There was no booing of the team at all!! Brilliant atmosphere and support for the players and for Shinji!  We had a Spanish friend with us (from Madrid actually)  He loved his night at Wanderland!!

So the boos were there but it was directed at the ref.. that makes more sense.

Few of the posters seemed to deny there was any booing at all, which is clearly false.

Booing was at the ref / officials who probably ended the game in the most understated manner possible.

What a fantastic tifo, well done to all involved in that.

I didn't think we would be sitting second on the ladder tonight after only getting a point! So a win against Heart and we will finish second regardless of what happens elsewhere.

Our destiny is in our own hands which is the best you can hope for in these circumstances.

The draw felt a bit like a win after the final whistle, but even more so after Perth gifted us the 2nd spot. Brisbane's pressing in the first 15 mins of the second half was outstanding. Thank goodness Mulvey took Brattan off to let us back into the game. The last 30 mins of the match were one of our better performances this season against a strong opponent.

Also if the women who was sat behind us reads this forum, the one who was yelling at everyone to sit the *** down on 21 minutes and at every other point anyone stood up ........don't bother coming back.

Ta very much....

You troll really hard sometimes, were you even watching the game?

The boos were because a roar player went down forcing the referee to stop the game to assess his injury. We all started booing then didn't end up hearing the final whistle!!

My mistake you heard boos but I didn't hear them, I heard a stunned crowd silence the fact that the game ended in such a matter!

Link to comment

I actually think they were booing the person in the crowd for holding onto the ball when we needed a quick throw in. They just kept holding onto it and we never ended up taking the throw in. Someone wanted to keep the ball :( no one even heard the final whistle.

Anyway all that matters is that a win next week can get us second place. Thank God Popa put Juric on. Completely different team with him on the field. Kubi also was a terror on the right hand side.

**** parraesfc you are a knob. Seriously why do you post about us so much? If you were there you would realize everyone was booing ref and Brisbane players, ref didn't play the full extra time that should have been added on for first broich 1 minute injury then the other roar player who went down.

U ****en closet wanderers fan. Just join us or **** off already

Great game and atmosphere Wanderland is the best place to be

Going to miss Shinji
