Hersi is back though isn't he?  This will lessen the blow from Juric being out a bit. I think this will be a hard game, can't see them defending as badly as they did last weekend!

Is hersi back?? Awesome! I thought I heard he won't be in but can't remember where I heard that. Could be wrong info.

If no Hersi, Tahj needs to start with bridge for the wings.

Santalab has been average there and just doesnt suit it. Move him to his more natural role as striker for first 60 minutes to cover for Juric injury with Haliti off the bench.

Very tempting to also hand a chance to someone else at Left Back over Da'Puzzo. Cole perhaps? Heffernan?

Who plays left back for the youth team?

Heffernan was LB and Nick Olsen RB for the Youth team on Sunday. Heffernan got a pass mark, was very impressed with Olsen- he wouldn't be far off a bench spot for the A League side

You missed my next post,  a good chance he will be out. Taking it on a day by day basis with him as it is an unusual injury they say. I think he will be out.

I've said it before but to me there is something really dodgy about this whole membership/ticketing policy. I don't understand how a game can be supposedly sold out and then not long after they release more tickets (this always seems to happen in the big games). Then on game day when the game is apparently sold out.. there is 16k people in a 21.5k stadium?? The way things are going I'll be happy with 17k at the MV game to be honest.

I personally don't believe anyones membership numbers in any of the codes. I think a lot of it is made up because it seems there is absolutley no transparency in the numbers. It is just a pissing contest between the codes.

Heffernan played there during our trials, was very average

Interesting. Its just gotten to a point where we are just really lacking on the left, with the ball and without. Its not all Da'puzzo, but on a side where we lack pace in defense and attack, muscle and attacking crosses, hes become the weakest link.

Heffernan i can at least see adding some muscle and being stronger competitively.

Cole offers more attacking, at least adds a sense of doubt for opposition.

Olsen would beed to adapt to left back.

Damn! Would love to see him on the field. If I'm correct, it was some kind of toe injury. How unusual can a toe injury get? There are only so many things that can happen to a toe.

Interestingly, before coming to the Wanderers, Polenz had played more LB than RB :ninja:

So... The Wanderers are having a White Ribbon match this weekend.... and it's a game in which Archie Thompson will be playing...

(I feel I should add "allegedly" somewhere in this post)

I thought it was implied enough??

Ok, well White Ribbon is Australia's campaign to stop violence against women.

And in April, 2012, there was word going around that Archie Thompson (allegedly) assaulted his wife.

Any chance the police have stepped in and limited capacity for their own benefit ?

Has happened at Kogarah Oval numerous times, but perhaps done on the quiet in our case ?

Just a thought ......

Cant wait for this 2 quality teams and 2 quality active supporters doing battle in the rain.**** yeah!

A little worried if no Hersi and no Juric will limit our scoring opportunities, would like to see Haliti, Tahj and Bridge up front then maybe Spira at Lb with D'appuzzo on the bench.Cole, Kubi, Heffernan or Trafiro with D'appuzzo as sub options

Just hope the rain doesn't keep the fans away

And anyone sitting near Muskat the hack please feel free to give him plenty
