I bet Mullen never he would score a goal at the World Club Cup.

Didn't he score for Adelaide in their CWC?

Just checked, he did indeed. Against Waitakere United

as soon as adeleke lined up straight on u could tell from his run off it was goin sky high, joke of a tournament, FIFA needs to show all teams the same respect in a major tournament.

He had a horrid game. The own goal came from his mistake in the play before. Every time he cleared it went to the opposition. This was his worst game for WSW. The penalty was a bad miss but that could happen to the best players I'm more disappointed about how he played in the 90 minutes.

**** I hope castelans injury isn't bad. I'd be spewing if we lost him for our next 3 games before Asian Cup because of this joke of a tournament.

i think this tournament had more prestige when it was the toyota cup, a one off event played in Japan each year. Lets face it the rest of the teams involved rarely make it through and preference is given always to the sth american or euro winners.

From Real Madrid able to change the venue, to our match going straight into penalties and no extra time because another match was scheduled soon, we are there just to make up the numbers but not given the same respect which is what FIFA wants so badly and desperately to advertise in all their campaigns, "the world game, rich or poor football unites us all where we are all equals".

Looking fwd to the next 2 world cups now, FIFA!

That's the first time in our club's history that we've had a shootout right? I guess that's some good experience.

lol do you need experience at shoot outs? Just individual players stepping up and doing the business.

If it was experience then England would be ***** guns at penna shoot outs!

I believe there was a shootout in a preseason match in Queensland against Melbourne heart that we lost. Also, locked.
