Should just take off Tuesday because we would be thinking about Wednesday as well. Mondays are bad so I would definitely be thinking about the game and wouldn't be focused. Thursday I will be tired from Wednesday and there is no point coming in for one day on the Friday.

No one asked for midweek football it just happened I guess and these are the consequences that follow.

Monday and Tuesday this week forecasted to be hot (30+ degrees). Will surely restrict seoul's preparation, just like the relentless rain screwed up evergrande's preparation here for the qtr final.

Its so hard not to get ahead of ourselves with hopes for the ACL..But to win this thing..WOW..do we get a star on the kit for that?

Imagine that! If we win we should get a star. I would buy a new jersey and wear it everywhere so I could show off the star that we won. I'm not even sarcastic. I may be slightly obsessed with the star now.

Even if we get through to the final Al-Hilal are going to be the toughest team we've ever faced assuming that the East Asian Conference isn't pathetically weak.

Omg. Just like everyone else, I am so excited, I can't ***** wait. Two more days of work (Tuesday and Wednesday) and it's home semi final time. It's so surreal, I just want it to be Wednesday already...

Speaking of wearing the jersey everywhere, went to the city today and there was jerseys and hats everywhere. Coyw.

Rebel sport in BONDI has mannequins dressed in red and black. Isn't that smurf territory? (:

You for real?

Pics, or it's not true. Roosters territory till Friday.

2 days to go :woah: work concentration levels minimal.... excitement levels off the scale :clapping:

Hope people try and get there a little earlier than usual... but know that is hard for some with work commitments. Hopefully create a bit of pre match atmosphere for this one.

The heat of today and tomorrow will relent in time for the game.

Official BOM weather forecast for match day in Parramatta is great for football:

Temps Min 14C Max 21C

Mostly sunny. Winds southwesterly 15 to 25 km/h increasing to 35 km/h before turning southerly 15 to 25 km/h during the afternoon.

(temperature likely to be around 18C at kick off time)

question for those that bring their kids - is the jumping castle at the south end there for acl games?

bringing the littlest lloydy for this game and will probably need to run him around during prematch and half time to keep him happy.

Not been there unfortunately for the other ACL games and I suspect won't be for this one either.

This is my sons first ever night match... be interesting to see how it goes!

Any chance of Romeo making an appearance? When will he and Adeleke start playing?

he's not in the ACL squad so no. I heard somewhere that Adeleke's visa has been approved so he is either with the team or on his way. My guess is that he will start playing a little way into the season after a spell in the NYL team to gain match fitness

Since they have come from Korea where it is currently hot and humid, these conditions will not be a problem for those guys

Both aren't selected in the acl squad as we already have the maximum amount of foreigners in squad (3 international + 1 asian player = Saba, la Rocca and Poljak + 0 asian players)

Ah the delights of school holidays. Just south of Coffs Harbour for the holidays but have secured the necessary leave pass at home and will be driving south on Wednesday morning and back north Thursday morning. If by chance fellow wanderers need a lift from the mid north coast feel free to shout...!
