In Popa's post match interview last night he said NTS has Plantar Fasciitis and only started jogging yesterday but he hopes he will be right for Tuesday night.  It would be good to have his experience back in the side for this crucial match.

BOM official forecast for Tuesday:

Cloudy. Very high (90%) chance of rain. The chance of a thunderstorm. Winds southerly 35 to 50 km/h turning southwesterly 30 to 45 km/h in the evening  Temps max 18 min 16 degrees

Will such conditions slightly favour WSW? or neither teams ?

Big game for us, just a huge opportunity that we need to take, no matter how we go about getting the result. The weather looks to be shocking & will make things difficult. Antlers have it all to play for after the result against GE so it's not going to be a push over.

Just hope we played like we did in the second half against Adelaide. On the side we'd go with:

Covic

Tanaka - Spira - Aspro/NTS - Golec

La Rocca - Takahagi

Haliti - Bridge - Romeo

Bulut

If we are behind: Ruka for Bridge (move castelen 10)

If we are in front: Trifiro for Bridge (move Takahagi 10) & Ruka for Romeo (doesn't work hard enough in defense)

Juric for Bulut at 65-70

Not another bloody mid week storm to drive through!

Must win - don't want to put so much pressure on a win in Guangzhou.

Its crucial no doubt but for what it is worth Guangzhou will likely have qualified if not topped the group by then. So it may be a dead rubber for them.

The conditions will certainly favour the fans!

Speaking of which, wonder what the turnout is going to be like? 4 or 5 figures? School holidays have just ended if I remember correctly.

Scouting extended highlights of the two sides the last time they met a couple of months ago.

They need to win this match day against FC Seoul, it certainly won't be a push over for them. Let's get through this matchday before we start looking at computations of the final matchday because a loss here on Tuesday will see us ruin any chance of getting through to the next round.

Don't know if you've attended matches this year when it's been raining but it's certainly affected turn outs. It doesn't help us in the slightest, especially when we need a big turn out!

I'll be there, cold, wet, windy and a muddy pitch ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh reminds me of home, beautiful conditions :good:  Can't beat a bit of football under lights in filthy conditions, just throw in a ref who lets really hard tackles go unpunished and I will be in Teessider heaven :good:

Was thinking that as well. Read somewhere they were expecting another 80mm of rain tomorrow? Would be an AFC decision i guess
