Just about to leave my place that's 10mins from the ground. My back yard is completely coated in hail. Interestingly, after the hail the concrete area flooded and all the hail floated to the middle, forming an iceberg.

So a hail storm and a second string team (noting that there is another ACL game to go). Bloody happy that I decided to not drive north for this one.

Anyway, some may be happy to hear that this withering fan is now off! I was a member from season one and had some good times travelling up the coast and down to Melbourne, but I'm just not feeling it anymore. Truth be told if I were Sydbey based I'd still be there next year, but I'm not that keen on a number of 6 hour round trips on the chance that I'd be stuck watching the same dross on offer at present (the monotonous drone from the RBB isn't to my liking, either). So, from next season there'll be one more seat available in the Eastern Grandstand. Hopefully someone can make better use of it than I did this year.

Let it rain and HAIL we will sing forever more!!!!

Seriously wtf is it with our home games this year?

Did someone put a hex of us???

Or is this just Gods wrath for Westies winning the Championship of Asia! :)

Either way, it's not gonna stop us.

(Though I admit it has slowed us down).

I don't know why you would want to see the first string team when pretty much they have been impotent all season. That's where you would get the same old dross. With a few of the younger guys played at least you get something unpredictable and a possible peek into the future. If that doesn't excite or interest you then maybe you are in it for the winning. One thing to bitch and complain about your team. Another thing to give up on them.

What's going on in the RBB? Looks like a fight, pepper spray, cops etc.

Anyone in there with an update?
