They were surprising unimpressive with the ball last week. Of course we were surprising unimpressive in defence, but I still think we are a chance. 1-1 my prediction.

Must win heading into the derby, need some confidence. Watched Adelaide play vs Melbourne Victory, we look a lot more dangerous on the attack, can't really say the same about defence, then again maybe they've sorted that **** out over the past week.

1-1

Pio to score his first goal.

I got a bad feeling about this one :(

Know what you mean, this could be anything, we could get rolled 4 or 5 - 0 or we might dig in a surprise everyone. Just please try and be competitive and in the fooking game please! Give us something to work with!

Need a good performance going in to the derby next week also, get heads up and a bit of confidence as that will be a hard game.

please tell me people are coming down!

Yes Matt, we are already behind enemy lines

I was down there a few weeks back. Anyone In Adelaide looking for a top notch curry head to this place - http://jasmin.com.au/

REALLY good stuff, best curry I have had in Australia  :good: The Indian cricket team head there when they are in Adelaide so must be good.

They do take away also.

This match reminds me of the equivalent game in season 1. It was round 2 in our first season, we had to play away at Adelaide and the team was still gelling. We played well but lost 1-0 to a lucky goal

This is worryingly correct

Galekovic out!

Knee injury, 6 weeks

Doesn't mean anything, Hall was on point against Victory
Wasn't really put to the test, made a few regulation saves from what I remembered.

And after that we played the derby round 3. Again we played well but that old Italian fella managed to snag a lucky goal to scrape a win for the Blue Scum :( Edited by Jowel

Not to mention that cross that he completely misread and berisha got to before him. He looked like a fool. Unfortunate that berisha seemed surprised and didnt punish Hall with a goal into an open net

:smurfpoint: Blasphemy

We win 2-0. Andreu to control the match and Isias to get a red after our whole team swarms around the referee

I am leaning towards a draw. Just can't afford another defeat. Confidence is everything in sport and we saw what the poor start did last year.

I'll take a dour 0-0. Then two wins in our next two games and that will be a solid start for me.
