Adelaide are still a danger team for me as they have been improving every game and I think they will be a tough opponent. Much tougher than Newcastle last week. The good news is that we have Andreu back and I will take a 1-0 win if that's all we get out of this.

Loving the fact that Adelaide appear very keen to talk up their recent form, lol.

Their last 4 performanes

- 2 - 1 loss to MV when they put the cue in the rack after the fan walkout.

- Extra time win via penalty against 10 man BoringFC

- Scoreless draw against Jets &

- Win against a 10 man Nix where game was in the balance with 20 minutes to go & 2 of the goals came from an own goal & a GK error.

They won't know what hit them tomorrow night. :woah:

I agree with Taurus - their recent results flatter them a bit.

I think we will put 3 past them.

If I was Andreu I would put the big shinnies on though because isais is a master hacker.

I think the key to this game will be to score early, yes there last four performances might flatter to deceive but they'll be full of confidence (if there talk is anything to go by) so it's important to nip it in the bud. The longer the game goes go on, the more confidence they'll get.

I know it's a bit obvious but the battle will be won & loss in the midfield. I don't think Adelaide have nailed down the possession game as well as we have & Amor quite hasn't got Adelaide firing like Gombwow. We are a very different side to the one that faced them in round two, so no point in looking back on that game. The other factor will be the heat, if it gets hot then we might not get the fast paced, high pressing game that we would get on a cooler night.

With a full strength XI that put in a similar performance to Brisbane & MV then we will win but let's not forget Perth. They put in a staunch performance & we possibly went in with a little bit of complacency that ended up costing us three points.

Will be interesting to see who takes the tittle of King this game, will it be King Mitch or that imposter Bridge :cheeky:

Ticket update - around 100 scattered seats just been put back on sale. Looks like they're trying to pack as many people in as possible.

Going to be a hell of a crowd.

You're very optimistic Victory. I don't think we'll crack 15k.

I expect 14k

Will be 15-16k, tickets have gone much quicker than the run of four 14k games earlier in the year.

The bigger issue is member turnout.  It's always difficult to predict who will be going and who isn't.  The club is trying a buyback system, but the average Joe member would likely have no idea that the buyback system exists.  I still think we'll crack 15k though.

It's a public holiday, it's a night game, WSW are in top form and the weather is absolutely perfect.

In theory, it should be the biggest member turnout of the season.

Will be good to see the club push the buyback system a bit more. I know they put it on emails but I'm thinking a text message a few days before a game & push it a bit more of social media.

From a Victory perspective, we get emails weeks after weeks promoting the system. Also every member gets an SMS a few days before the cutoff for each game.

It works well.

The sms and possibly a simple smartphone app which you can use to sell back or sell onto a friend would be best. I think someone once mentioned Barcelona having an app like this?

Yes, make the process simpler (not that hard following the steps online to tell you the truth but maybe an app is a good idea) & an SMS (let's be honest does anyone here actually read the emails from the club?) would be ideal. I know the system is there but i feel it's under utilised. The boycott & Christmas Eve aside, getting 14k average means 5k members on average are no shows, highlights the system isn't quite working efficiently or effectively.
