I fear the 5pm ko time might make it not QUITE as raucous as it would have been at night.

We play better at 7:30

Yeah, can think of a few flat arvo games over the years. Not that that should be an excuse for this one though. But have the FFA explained why it's so early when the next day is a public holiday??

Also, did everyone get that email about printing/downloading your ticket to your phone? I tried to add the ticket to my passbook & it didn't work.

Got a picture of the barcode & will print it anyway, but just wondering if everyone had the same issue.

The worst thing for me was the people who weren't able to purchase there rbb seats in the first 24 hours, now the window is closed & despite being empty seats they still can't buy into the NT.

Pity the club can't come out and state their position on this. Do they agree with it etc.  I know the FFA control ticketing but the club must be aware of what they are doing so what's the problem in just confirming exactly what's happening?

Perhaps it is linked with the flair drama earlier in 2016 & resulting fine/suspended points deduction? Don't forget, this is the FFA's game (they get all the revenue) perhaps they'd rather empty seats rather than worry about a potential light show with tickets on sale to the general public.

I have a feeling it is to create a bit of familiarity & repetition so non-aleague fans know there will be a game on Sunday's at 5 during the post season cup every year?

At least it gets dark early these days so it will have the feel of a night match under lights pretty quickly. Also has a Saturday feel as we are all off work Monday. It would actually be better to have the GF this weekend, would help travelling fans going interstate for a GF if the following Monday was a non work day.

I can see this one going to extra time... and god forbid penalties.... don't think my heart could take that, it would probably kill me.

Why do I feel like we are sleep walking in to this game a little, off the pitch anyway.

We need to ******* lift ourselves for this one, kick up the ******* arses needed all round, intimidating stadium wide atmosphere will only do this week, and anyway I need an outlet for my Boro frustrations......  :xmad:

Going to be a ******* close and difficult game.

We won our previous 2 semis after a week off.

Counts for fook all if we don't win this one, what is gone is gone.

I would like to see the Teesside approach to this game lol I partly hope it will be a filthy coolish wet night, nicely timed early hard tackle on Broich as a welcome to the game....... Play a nice slow passing game against this mob I think we could get done, need to be right in Brisbane's face from the off, set the tone early.

I definitely sensed it in our last home game at Parramatta, the east stand didn't have that electricity firing through them & have noticed it all the way through since our fate was determined.

Perhaps we just need a good march through the streets of parramatta to fire everyone up :ninja:

Yeah, something needs to happen to get everyone pumped for this one.

I am just putting everything on City do the business on Friday night, so we might have the opportunity to play a GF at home. I have no leave and less cash, so the prospect of traveling to Adelaide is grim....

That would be great but I'd rather face Bruce Djite than Bruno Fornaroli...

We need to stop pumping their tyres about how they always get last minute goals. That only happens at Suncorp so there's no need for us to build up that storyline. That will only help them at the back end of the game. If we're one up, we want them thinking about the crazy noise we are making and how they are under the pump, not that they always get back into the game.

I am preparing for a trip to Adelaide to be honest, I don't expect City to get up.

Every year I save the pennies should an away GF eventuate, should be good to go this time if flights work out ok.

I found the whole "print ticket/download to phone" a major shitfight. Eventually my ticket printed, but I'm not sure how ...

As for downloading to the phone, absolutely nada. And I'm something of a geek.

RBB tickets are now available. Same deal, 4 digit number and name for password I think.

if you go to the map to select tickets, any type.  then scroll to the north end and zoom right in, it shows locks on about 2/3 of the seats. I wonder if this is the true indication of (under)sold memberships

RBB Tickets on sale now!

WOW.

This could be the only time we can see the NT full!

And it would have to be the last game at Wanderland!!

The atmosphere would be electric!!

not if ****wit members don't decide to buy a ticket. That is a lot of empty seats at the moment. Quite embarrasing

This is kind of what I was on about, there seems to be little hype / excitement being generated as yet, not for 4 days out anyway. Everything seems a little flat and in need of a big lift......

Give it a day or 2 and the entire stadium will go to the general public. Embarrassing for the FFA to not sell out Parra for a semi.

Its more a case of their ticketing policies than anything imo.

Welcome to this season's marketing plan by the FFA.

ie nada

It's ******* embarrassing that it has taken this long for them to actually put them on sale. I genuinely thought that they were going to let the seats go empty on the day.

They only 1 day to buy tickets, after 24 hours they were blocked from purchasing them.

Should have kept it open till Wednesday morning for ticketed members to purchase tickets, then give 24 hours to supporter members to purchase tickets, then leave it open to Football family & general public.
