In + 2 (normally just +1 but I like to take the toddler as well to the afternoon games).

This year, my valentine present to my wife is the whole house to herself for 4-5 hours. No kids. No husband. Better than anything money could buy.

no Spaniards. playing against a team that has given us trouble. 35 degrees expected. police and security likely to try to outdo themselves. possibility that we will get booed by our fellow wanderers fans.

hopefully this will be like the sanfrecce game in the acl run - go along fearing the worst but ends up being one of the best experiences.

Speaking about Piovaccari, you'd have to wonder what the foreigners who've played in Europe and Latin America must make of the flare hysteria. Point penalties and empty stadiums are caused by truly ugly collective racism (not unlike what happened to Goodes) or mass violence inflicted upon visiting fans.

Agree. I know they're our bogey team but they are terrible and we're playing great. We just smashed City for 80 minutes and dominated Victory down there. 2-0

Yes we smashed city and victory, but we had the three amigos in the team, not for this game.

Good point. As long as the youngsters are solid and keep their shape I think we'll have too much class elsewhere. But yeah maybe 2-0 is optimistic

Im just being negative because it's been a perfect weekend results wise for us. It's too easy. Too perfect.

And after all the RBB drama

Surely karma is going to dick us, or maybe just next week ... The usual 90th minute goal ;)

yeah - we'll win,but it will be ugly....no-one will boo anyone except the referee because they are guided by the hands of the old gods  and the new ones to gyp us somehow tomorrow (I'm betting a certain goal is disallowed) and mostly because they are ****s......we will go clear at the top as is rightly our place
