Haven't seen much of them but they were lucky to scrape through last round.

And we've got Bulut!

plus we have a good selection of centrebacks.

JvS will ask Popa for a lend😉

They can score goals but their defence is looking pretty shaky, can see this one being a high scoring game.

lost 1-4 to the nix with a near full strength side.

Apparently D'Cunha was trialling at RB for the Nix

Thought it is more relevant here

Hammill will play Wednesday and clisby will be there for R1

Hammill versus Kamau - might be ugly for us.
Wouldn't a CB by trade actually be pretty useful in this scenario? Hamil won't worry about getting forward too much, will just focus on making sure he takes care of his defensive duties.

Yeah, hit him hard early and get in his face. Don't let him run and take him down every time he gets the ball. That is assuming Brucey starts. He had the advantage last year that no one really knew him and he just came on and had space because he wasn't taken too seriously. he grew into the role with his speed... We need a defence that hits the opposition hard and fairly (ie no stupid frees on the penalty box). Fornaroli needs to feel solid tackles, as does Timmy - no space, no time. Hit them hard, hit them early and make them think twice next time the ball comes near them. A bit of the La Rocca/Poljak in the Brisbane GF - they dominated Broich et al until Mooy came on and gave up space. If Hammill can hit the opposition hard and make them feel it

, he'll gain an upper hand and do his job.

I think I spent about 10 minutes moving the WSW jerseys in front of the city and victory jerseys a months ago when I was there.

Thug life.

Anyway I question the logic of running the B side 4 days out from a clash against us, this preseason has shown City they need to get their **** together fast.

Impossible with JvS in charge.

Apparently they were close to full strength against the Nix in their recent trial game in North Queensland and lost 1-4.

I hope we had a spy looking at the game.

i hope we win

Could be Luke Brattan's first game against us since the FFA Cup game in Penrith in 2015.
He wasn't memorable that game.
especially compared to Jamo getting a yellow card for the two handed tackle on McKay.

Gol Gol's best game for the club that one

pretty much his only game wasn't it?

Yes admitted a very small space, but it looked like he was going to be ace, then we hardly seen him again

If chapman starts for city we will have won the game by half time . He is well and truely the worst aleague player ever

Isn't that what you said about Clisby?

But he can't play for them or us.

Clisby is a **** player but he is good enough to scrape a carear in the aleague once someone gets an injury in the stating 11 .

Chapman is a **** player and he's incredibly slow so even a young kid from the under 20s will do him for pace he is a massive weak link
