We don't just need to win tonight, we need to rack up plenty of goals & keep a clean sheet.

Much work to be done.

What time people rocking up?

As early as I can manage - maybe 6:30?

Want a lift?

I was planning to get there early, as I'm on uni break...want me one of them away ACL shirts

You do realize the ACL away kits being offered for sale are player's cut?

I'm assuming the biggest size available will be large & therefore doubt they'll be catering for us 'plus size' male models

Goals won't matter in this game. Tie breakers are head to head with Urawa if we are equal with them on points. We need to win the next two and then draw the last game to ensure we end above Urawa on points. If we end up on equal points we need to beat them by more than the 0-4 they beat us (lol).

Tiebreakers

The teams are ranked according to points (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss). If tied on points, tiebreakers are applied in the following order (Regulations Article 10.5):[1]

  1. Points in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  2. Goal difference in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  3. Goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  4. Away goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  5. If more than two teams are tied, and after applying all head-to-head criteria above, a subset of teams are still tied, all head-to-head criteria above are reapplied exclusively to this subset of teams;
  6. Goal difference in all group matches;
  7. Goals scored in all group matches;
  8. Penalty shoot-out if only two teams are tied and they met in the last round of the group;
  9. Disciplinary points (yellow card = 1 point, red card as a result of two yellow cards = 3 points, direct red card = 3 points, yellow card followed by direct red card = 4 points);
  10. Team from the higher-ranked association.

Apparently FC Seoul left their goal-scorer from last game at home as well as 2 others one who used to pkay for Arsenal!

Up to 7 changes possible for FC Seoul.

They drew 0-0 with Jeju on the weekend (who play Adelaide tomorrow)

If they make em big enough to fit Cornflakes, or even Borda (who must be adding a few inches on his waistline sitting around doing SFA) then chunkier old farts like you and me might be ok

Anyone feeling lucky?

WSW + SIPG win + all 4 ACL games from West Asia to go under 2.5 goals

Paying $94.

Decent shout

And Popa has thrown out the half assed line up- including Borda and with Santa and Nico on the bench. What is he saving them for? The totally meaningless Adelaide clash where he could play the NPL2 side for all it matters? FFS, we can only compete in Asia with our best XI.

Decent line up, stronger than I thought he would put out

It isn't strong enough at all, and why you think he would put out a weak one? We have a totally meaningless league clash coming up on Saturday our best players can be rested from instead.

I would have preferred the starting lineup we the last few games but we don't know how they pulled up.

Yeah, Santa, Nico and Corny are the only ones missing, aren't they? Two are old and played the weekend, and the other - who knows?

We should beat Seoul with this team.

I'm not agreeing he should field a weak side, I just thought he would.
