The member's survey actually asked where would you like to play a finals match?

small oval stadium

Large oval stadium

small rectangle stadium

large rectangle stadium

lol

That did seem a. It optimistic at the time

If we make semis it is likely 5 or 6th so away semis the whole way

Unless they decided to switch a semi final derby game to ANZ to try and pack them in, but as it would be considered an ESFC home game I couldn't see them agreeing to switch it from Allianz somehow.

FFA control finals if a derby semi happens then it will be ANZ neither is smurfs will have any say in it

The smurfs don't have to agree, the FFA decides.

I can't see the FFA putting a derby finals game anywhere but ANZ. It would probably get 70k, no way they are turning down 30k extra tickets sold. Even at $50 a pop (and it'd probably be more than that), that's $1.5 million. That'd pay for Timmy.

You need the inside man for that question.

But we know that Popa plays mind games with the teamsheet and we could still see Scott play!

I didn't see Dumas in the photo gallery that club posted from training on Wednesday morning

So. It has begun.

If you mean the Popa treatment, going by some of his lackadaisical performances this season surprised it didn't come his way sooner, but instead made him captain and dead ball specialist....go figure...

Could have been given an extended break to spend with his wife & newborn.

How come locky Scott is out?

I wouldn't read anything into it, the actual squad will be decided upon after training today.

We have another shortish 5 day turnaround, so there may be a couple of changes to our squad for this game.

Lachie is most effective when he starts & to the best of my knowledge, we haven't been beaten this season when that has happened. Given we're playing Marconi on a grass pitch in NPL2 on Saturday night, Popa may be planning to give him a start in that game.

I like how you believe the FFA would use enough forethought to book a stadium at all...

Vision have never won away to us.

Wot?

I think they beat us in s3 on a cold rainy night at Parra.

Novillo made Bouzanis look like a park keeper.

In season 3 our two home games against them were a 3-2 win and a 1-1 draw.

Interesting and important game this. We've had that break and then played well the last two games. The players like Baccus are saying the tide is turning, plus the visionboys have some absentees. We also have a nice 8 days between games after this, so no need to hold back or play benchies.

However, easy to forget that we just had two games in a few days and then a relatively short 5 day break, so if we think we're on our way we could come unstuck here. Also still hard to see where non-Santa goals come from. A good test.

2-1.

Apologies, I could've sworn they beat us at least once that season.

I remember Ruka volleyed home the winner in one game but I thought we lost the other.

Yeah never had one of those either

Maybe you should find some drunken slag at a kebab store, buy her a pide, and then kill two proverbial birds with one stone.
