We get stage fright in big staidiums it seems.

Also, we have to remember last time we played Eastern suburbs they were missing Brillante and had Calver replacing Ryall, and have since brought in a quality defender to plug the defence.

Team has a monumental task ahead of them.

Was feeling low so decided to watch Wanderers: The Complete Story to remind me of the good times.

Feeling much better. Will need it going into the derby and enduring the impending post game butt hurt.

Still think we will do well against Urawa though :)

Has the FFA released the list of allowable things to throw on the pitch for this game yet? Judging from the lack of any action, outrage or suspended penalties in derby 2 you can go nuts with the chucky chucky.

Every FFA list mentioning the derby has an asterix next to it...

* Except Western Sydney Wanderers

And after reading about the Reds v Jets tonight, that includes - No Red Cards*

Right, long time lurker, first time poster, foundation member.

I firmly believe you cannot honourably enjoy the good times without enduring the bad times, and so my husband and I attend all home games, and even though I agree Spotless is soulless, it would be a lot better if we all turned up....

However, due to the illness of my aged mother ( I am 62...) we will not be at tomorrow's game until half time or so BUT we will be there!

Good times, bad times, suck it up and move on, it's a test of character people!!

Better times are coming...

By the way, I love Popa, he doesn't owe us a thing, we owe him!

We are a team of pride and honor, we take the good with the bad, we hold our heads high, we will always be a team to be proud of!!

Welcome....and great first post!

I remember my first post...it was crap and bought nothing to the table...or was that my last one?

Yes, Welcome to the forum. And Great first post.

Better times are coming...

Arnie's just a massive tool who carries on when he's on top and points fingers when he's under the pump.

His mind games don't work on Popa. Popa just prepares his team as normal. Because Arnie's had a winning run he thinks his mind games work. Like Parra being called a shed is going to affect Popa. Far out, we've dominated some of those games in the streak, including two last year.

Let Arnie talk. Every time he opens his mouth he proves how much of a twat he is.

A bit optimistic I feel. Look at the Popa vs Arnie record - there is a very clear winner. Most of the examples you use I agree don't impact in Popa - thet are for the media. There is little doubt though tactically and mentally Popa is Arnie's little bitch.

Tactically, maybe so.

Mentally, nah.

Look at Arnold's mental disintegration last year. The guy was shot.

He was trying to get Adam Peacock to apologise to him FFS!!

Still looking forward to tomorrow, so is the lad. He has a full on day tomorrow, sport in the morning, then a birthday party in the afternoon then to the game....but all good.

The win against them will come and we will go off and it will be remembered for a long time, can't see it being tomorrow, but I will be there at every derby hoping that this is the time.

Side question. Im abit out of the loop. Where was West terrace last home game?

Gooooooone.
Hopefully we get some of the more vocal ones back in he RBB, give the terrace a nice boost!

What happened? Not allowed in a seperate section?

^ LOL

WST will be there tomorrow.

Fabz has been overseas & many of them particularly the PC sub group, had a wedding to attend last Sunday.

OSC have gone their own way & will be doing there own thing elsewhere in the stadium.

^^^^^ I here asked a few times....but noone responded with any thing serious.

There were people sitting it their bay at Soulless... but there was not a flag or a chant in sight...as you must have observed.

I believe the correct term is.... internal differences. So for now they shall not be gracing us with their bouncy presence.

Ahhh ...So that's.... internal differences amongst those who experienced internal differences.....within  the RBB.

PS Just read Taurus' post.  Glad they're going to be back in action tomorrow. They were good value last derby at ANZ.

I was just wondering the same thing.

Pardon my ignorance, but did the OSC just split from the WST, who split from there RBB?!?

This is getting as bad as the Judean People's Front!

My son had a major op yesterday, and this is the first derby he's ever missed - so i hope they can cheer him up with a win (although it could be him that's putting the mock on - maybe him not being there will be a good thing :) )

Hope they get a win for him, and he's on the mend soon :)

Hey guys, what's the go with entering at a different gate at ANZ? Meeting some friends for a drink but they're on level 1 and I'm on level 4.

It's hard to come up with too many reasons to be positive for this one. Last week's abomination has taken away the optimism from the nix game. Bandwagon is rapidly emptying. We face the real prospect of...

- being outnumbered at home

- getting pantsed on the pitch

- having to see Arnie's smug face on the big screen

- having to listen to their sing when you're winning fans

- having our fans turn on popa and the team

I don't think I have woken up on a wanderers match day with this strong a feeling of impending doom.

Someone please give me a reason to be optimistic....

Don't worry...

About a thing...

'Cause every little thing,

Is gonna be alright!!

Quick question. With the free transport is OK to stop at Parra station go out and then go back to the station to go the the game?

I did it on the first Derby this season and it wasn't a problem

Wtf is the OSC?

O'Connell Street Casuals.

Would be good if you peeps could get with the program & learn the names of all the sub groups, that exist within RBB & WST
