Tactically Okon with our squad would have worked but apparently he is a strange cat. Goes silent for days and his man-management leaves a lot to be desired.

Can’t see us going from Gombau to Okon, then again he’d be cheap so maybe we would

I could see us going to okon.

The perception of the club is that we are a powerhouse but the reality is we are being run like a tinpot club. Picking up the failed manager of another tinpot club would fit the profile perfectly.

Okon should have been an assistant before he was appointed as a head coach.

Hey Hey Happy here , been away doing some travelling :)

So we have to get 3 good results for Josep to hope to return next season.

There is a Western Suburbs boy floating in the wings waiting for the opportunity ,

he has passion he is a west boy and still is and has one the great soccer brains , he has performed at good European levels as a player , he is arrogant , he is of Italian heritage.

He fits the Wanderers mould perfectly :good:

Bye for now from Happy  glad to be home for awhile :xnod:

Antonio Popovici?

4-0 loss....a few passes bewteen CDM and CB's, we'll be pressed well and then panic diagonal long balls to ikonimidis and the other winger. Dare I say Berisha hat trick.

I cant see anything other than a loss. No win in Melbourne for 3 years. A team with no spirit. No doubt we will be "taking the positives" again post match.  Thing is win our final 2 and we can make the 6 regardless but we sure don't deserve it.

Very quite thread this morning. Either all are hungover, or we've accepted our fate for this one.

I'm going for a draw in this game. That's about as much positivity I can muster.

4 hours solid drinking around Melbourne not one wsw or victory jersey in

A sad indictment on the FFA for what they have done to active support.

Remember the early years of our existence and the away games at AAMI Park? That was football. I don't remember anyone dying.

This is crap. Thanks Lowy and Gallop. Family friendly and empty. If that's what you want, that's what you're getting.

I made ginger beef noodles tonight. Having nice glass of red, and ready for some good football. I can dream can't I?

No idea what the outcome will be tonight. I hope at least we turn up and play some positive football.
