Can someone tell Gombau that Herd should be suspended with 5 yellow cards

As we learned in a previous season with Baccus, you can’t rely on the FFA to count to 5.

Here.

Waiting for my niece.

Have wine. Singing Oasis 'Wonderwall' to myself.

Hope she arrives soon or this could get embarrassing  :ninja:

Btw, seems like low attendance numbers

It’s a work night. People will still be coming in after kickoff. Probably won’t get a good feel for the final number till about half an hour in.

I actually thought it was better than I expected.

Don't understand why when we get to the halfway line, Bonivacia , Herd or Baccus have to try and dribble and turn back.......it's only a matter of time before we get caught.

Quite a good game tbh. Both sides creating chances, could go either way. Feel for Riera and his miss off the post as he is having a good game, as is Lorente. Should try and get a contract extension for Lorente, the guy puts in.

Some good chances created. Should be out of sight.

Clisby doing an excellent impersonation of a training cone though.

Very very flat atmosphere.

clisby has made a few very important tackles.

Kitto rugby tackles Cornthwaite, Cornthwaite gets a yellow. Kitto gets treatment from the physio but doesn’t have to leave the field.

Vintage A-League referees...

Herd gets brought down and has some afters. Referee books him. Gives the free kick to Adelaide even through the ball was out over the sideline before he did it.

We were lucky to get away with a draw in the end. Still, a point is a point. Best for me was Riera, Lorente not far behind. Happy for Jack Clisby getting his first goal.

We just aren’t good enough,

I think that is quite possibly the slowest a league team we have put out

As much as I love the King, he ain’t quick anymore, Lustica is a an ok middle of the road a league midfielder but a winger he ain’t.

Kitto and Ocheing killed us for pace

Thought Lustica was pretty good tonight. The less said about Scott the better.

It's edge of your seat stuff watching this team for sure.

I thought Lustica was ok too. But he’s hardly going to tear the back out of defender.

Riera, Bridge, Lustica, Roly

all decent players but no pace in there at all

while at the back Thwaite and CThwaite looked like statues against Diawara

We were lucky not to lose that one

Yeah agree, I'd rather see Lustica in a no.10 type role.

Despite Clisby's long overdue goal I'd rather see Llorente on the left and Hamill on the right...I think he is slightly less **** than Clisby at defending.

They were all over us in the second half but really the King should have scored at least one in the first.
