Losing baby Baccus from midfield and putting herd there instead was the wrong move. Needed to bring on Hammill instead of herd

He's not on the bench.

Sorry for Jumpei, he put in a good shift tonight

Sorry to be argumentative but he was crap, left mini baccus exposed all second half.

Thought Herd did really well when he came on but poor Baccus got torn apart when he moved to right back

Stop it with your fact based logical replies

Thought herd did well, but Baccus struggled at right back, I was surprised he didn’t bring herd on at right back

Anyone still wanna get rid of Riera? Completely different team when he's playing and fit. Not even because of the goals...our ability to maintain possession by playing the ball into him and him holding it up makes a huge difference.

Yep. Agree. I'd add Roly to that as well. So many times he waited to long to pass..

Does the club give everyone sleeping tabs at HT..? Two very different halves of football. On the go in the first, slow as anything in the second.

As soon as I saw the line up I knew we'd be allright.

Cornflakes and Thwaite may not be the CBs Gombau wants, but they sure held the line.

Jumpei is all effort but ultimately crap left, right and centre, and how he leaves his FB exposed is unacceptable.

Oriol and Baby Baccus men of the match for me.

Just back and i gotta say it, That ref Peter green just gives me the shits, he is shite, whereas the linos were pretty good tonight fair play.

But a win! bloody good to that leave that ground with something to show, i like Herd he is growing on me.

Cornflakes has a way of being wrong footed a lot of the time, and then just flapping his leg out. It cost us a penalty this game. Almost cost us a penalty last year in the derby when Brosque went down in the box.

I hope we get a top class central defender because that is what we need. Cornflakes can be back up. It's not just about being able to play the ball out, but football smarts in general. We also need a winger to replace Jumpei.
