My brother gave me a fantastic gift this morning of a pair of Santa's football boots, organised through his dad, that Santa signed...so thats clearly a sign that we are going to have a good day.

3 - 1, with a goal scored by us in the 2nd half

In. FIFA is pissing me off. Trailing 1-0 at half time in an online game, the other player drops out (or quits) and the result stands? **** off

although, maybe there's something in that. We tend to go alright in the first half. Take a lead into the break and just vanish. Result stands.

Worth a try?

In

Came to the stadium early as there was a guy playing a keyboard at the Royal Oak. Only problem with that was another guy was drunk and kept shouting requests for the keyboard guy to play The Beatles "Hello Goodbye"

As long as he played the requests what was the problem?

Great header but I loved Ikonomidis’ work in the leadup. First to the ball, found Bridge in the middle after first seeing if a little shimmy would get him free, moved to give Bridge an option, dragged the ball away from the sideline when he could have tried to appeal for the foul, fought for the ball which allowed the cross to come in.

I am trying to improve my understanding of defensive stuff. Should Thwaite have tracked that Wellington player who moved clear to recieve the corner ball? Or was it Lustica who should have covered?
