the "pundits" all agreed (including Smurf slater) that WSW were on the wrong end again with VAR, wouldn't surprise if we got favourable decisions tonight....

gotta love midweek football :P

The ffa will never allow that to happen.

So that means there were no consequences for his last error strewn effort. Not only have they not given him a week off but they've assigned him to the same team that he screwed over last week.

No punishment when he is just following ffa orders.

I've seen years of video refereeing in the NRL. They have learnt from their mistakes and more often than not, hey now get it right.

NRL has been doing it for years and still can't get it right. Often take a correct onfield decision and overturn it with an incorrect decision. Just used to screw over the Panthers.

I hope you are right, but they all agreed we got screwed over in the Perth game and we still didn't get the favourable decisions on Friday night.

Ref issues aside how do you think Babbel will go about this game countering Melbourne City's Midfield that we struggled to complete against last time?

Don't get in the way of the narrative that we're being discriminated against!

Guaranteed. So visible. I'd be advising all players to fall over in the box. We'll get everything tonight.

Interesting to see how we line up then. Riera on the bench or Yeboah on a wing?

Riera has flown to Melbourne. Odd if he's still injured, so I expect we may see him on the bench at the very least

:ninja:

Russel Mourdoukoutas Elrich Cordier back 4????

Hamill was removed from the squad at the same time. No idea if he got hurt or not.

Looks like he wants to 'save' the players for Friday. I guess it is more 'winable'
