We never got going in the secomd half Wellington controlled the pace of the game with niggly fouls and slowing us up. They just wanted the result and we fell asleep in defence in crucial moments

Yeboah through one on one surely had to do better. That's why he was languishing in the German dead-man leagues. He ain't the answer that's for sure.

I'm now awaiting my chairman's letter from Paul...😁

For somone who has been here for just a week I thought Yeboah was Ok. Took a good save to save his shot and he will improve given time. Hopefully.......lol

We had created and had nore shots on goal in the 2nd half and didn't take them....Simple as that. Wellington took their chances....with a little help from Vedran.

Considering we lost ABJ in the first few minutes and Riera soon after half time  I thought  it was a gutsy performance. Vedran is a major concern and should probably sit out the next 3 of 4 games to work out what changes he needs to make to his game to stop the silly mistakes. With the two main players out for a couple of weeks it is time to blood the youth and see who performs. The season is probably over but we have the opportunity to take points off the teams above us and show the Wanderers spirit!

Does anyone else think if we scored 7 we would concede 8?

we find new ways to throw away games weekly

tate was great again as much as I want to talk about other than telling Vedran to **** off players are allowed to make mistakes but NOT SUICIDE twice in in a month or so

Teams make chances, miss chances and teams take them.

But all the winning teams also stop them. Our defence is to blame for our last 4 loses.

First goal roly and elrich were a cluster ****.

second was just poor retention and a long ball which is our achilles heel. Vedran and the defence stuffed that.

thirs is disgracefull defending from Hammil and Ziegler. Namely Hammil, you never let the ball come across you.

We need a sharp quality centre back and and deep player maker to run the team. Hammil is done...

on the plus side Yeboah looks great, and hungry. Kamau is a monster, sure people say wasteful but he is carrying our attacks. Fitz was buzzing.

Getting to the stage where I can't watch the last 10 minutes of a match because i could put the house on us conceding.

I even had it to within 1 minute of when victory would score.

Other coaches would be just saying now to go at us in the last 10 and they'll get through.

Took forever getting out of car park tonight, it's glaringly obvious, we get to midfield and up to edge of area and.......... no f***r knows how to split the defence with a killer ball or lose a marker or make a telling run,  there are no lock pickers in this team tonight, no imagination, they blocked up and we kicked the ball right at them!

FMD where was the creativity?, but stand back let's look at the positives, first 10 minutes of second half thought we looked good with one touch football up the middle for Yeboah then it fizzled out, but a glimmer of promise for a one touch and go game there, that's the way to open a defence.

For the last 2 games,  we have given up goals on the attacking right-wing/ defensive left due to Elrich being out of puff by the 70th minute.

Here Babbel should have subbed Elrich for Cordier anywhere from the 70th minute.

Bit hard when you only have 1 sub left

P1?

For P1, the best way to go to ensure quick exit is, going up to the last few floors (7 or 8), then drive across to the far side (basically the side that's on the far side compared to Spotless, it's also the right side of the structure if you stand looking at ANZ).

Most people don't know that there's a second exit loop on that side.

The top 2 tiers are almost never full, and you can usually get a park that is right near the entrance for the exit loop (or in these low capacity events, just park near the elevators).

When you come back, if there's a crowd on the plaza level, take the stairs down to level 1 so you can get a quick spot in an elevator, then up to the 7/8 floor, go straight to the exit. This year at ANZ I've never spent more than 2 minutes inside after driving onto the exit loop. Then I can turn left, the second set of lights has a right turn onto the road that leaves to Parramatta Road.

Even at large events I still do the same thing, because it's usually the last part of the car park to fill, and it's usually still much less cars going down the loop.

Creativity was sitting on the bench with ice on his hamstring unfortunately, as much as I hate to say it as I am sick of the excuses but with ABJ and Riera (probably a quarter of our salary cap) on the bench, you expect the experience to stand up and unfortunately Vedran, Elrich and Hamill didn't.  Can't blame the kids that were out there or even Yaboah who has only had 2 sessions with the team.  I said it last week as well but Vedran is awful at the moment, there is no need to come out for that ball, he is going away from goal, there are two defenders there and no attackers in the middle - I reckon he has cost us 8-9 points this season.

the other thing that **** me tonight is that is a pen every day of the week and even if it isn't a pen (which it was) there was contact so not a clear and obvious error so why does the idiot in the box even get involved, could only happen to us.  Having said that, when the idiot reversed his decision WHY DIDNT WE CONTEST THE DROP BALL, he cannot tell you to go away, we should of contested it and either got numbers around the ball or a cheap strike on a Nix shin for good measure.

My question was why was it a drop ball. If there was contact it's a pen, if not then either a foul for simulation or a corner/goal kick

Just saw a bit of the Babel presser something like he is worried evertime the opposition gets the ball on our half and he’s not sure why we are conceding so many goals .

i think we all know why we are conceding so many goals  .
