What would interest me is if we go a goal down away from home (hope not) can we come back and get something. Last few seasons if we concede first away from home forget it.

One for the stato's, when was the last time we came from a goal down to win away from home?

Waits for someone to tell me it was just last season lol :D

Round 21 March last season vs the Roar in Brisbane. They scored first after 7 minutes, we got 3 before half-time then a 90th minute sealer. Before that Adelaide 1 vs WSW 2 in October 2016 (Santalab scoring a double with a late winner after Henrique scored in the first half) and the 4-1 win in Gosford when they scored after 5 minutes and we put three past them before Tyson got sent off with a Santalab sealer.

So what you are saying is...bad result, your fault.

Your a jinx..will never take the wife to another GF or derby for that reason.

Next two weeks are going to be critical for us as everyone has said, we will be much better in a few months time.  For me if we can possibly get 3 pts from our next 2 matches I would be ecstatic, would even take 2 pts (which I think would be par) anything above and I am happy anything below and it will knock the positive vibes most of us are feeling atm.

Oh and don't Melbourne wankers like to go on about their coffee... (Spoken as a refugee from the hipster invasion of Melbourne).

I reckon we win tonight.

Much like us, Victory will be better in March 2020 then they are right now, and from what I saw in the Derby last week they haven't clicked yet.

As good a time as ever to play them I reckon.

WSW 2-0

Both sides that will be better for a month or two...points to a draw, hope for a win.

We don't have a 100% fit striker so we have to go and park the bus. Keep it tight and hope to jag one from a set piece. If we try and be too expansive they'll run riot at home (like city only a few weeks ago). It will either be a low scoring draw, we win it 1-0 or we get done 4-0.

Marking Toinven is key, happy with Jurman on him but got a feeling he's going to target the gap between Tass and McGowan, he was mustard for the vics last season defo the main threat to watch.

Saw him against England in the World Cup QF last year. He was ineffective. Bit of a lumbering presence...

I must be missing something with Wilmerring?? Sure he was on debut and I am certain he will be brilliant for us given time...but I didn't think he lit the league on fire last weekend? I think Tate has proven himself much more than a solid but average debut by Wilmerring? I'm happy with either either but I genuinely think I must have missed something with Wilmerring.

You have. Watch the replay.

Seriously though, I don't think anyone's trying to big him up, he just had a very good debut. Was one of our better players on the pitch. I did keep an eye on him.

Just finished my tour of the MCG, and visit to Punt rd, AAMI Park, tennis complex, then lunch with massive Parma and VB in the CBD.

Now to commence the afternoon festivities...

Victards played similar to us last week and probably be a bit of the same game and come down to a bit of quality individual brilliance.

2~2 could be an open game with both back 3 setup
