It'll be my birthday that day so I hope the lads win.
I'm predicting 3-0 (goals from Meier, Duke and Adam)

WSW's put out a call today for all people having a birthday on Saturday to let them know.

You should let them know if you haven't already.

BTW, happy birthday for Saturday dude!!

that is true, i have not been to parramatta stadium for such a long time its going to feel great to be back, honestly this season i think is going to be extremely mixed results but at least the atmosphere will be amazing for most of the season

Hey isn't most of the stadium under cover now? So if it rains, it doesn't affect us fair weather supporters right?

Wet conditions would probably suit us. Press the living crap out of a CCM back line that really cant pass. I don't know if anyone watched much of Ziggy Gordon during the FFA cup, but that man can't pass for peanuts. Genuinely couldn't hit the side of a barn... from inside the barn. He can tackle but that's about the limit of his ability as a football I think

Clisby is going to have a hell of a time trying to cover both Mo Adam and Wilmering (maybe?) if he does his usual deal of trying to sprint up and down the line all night.

Where's Victory with his PAX figures?

TO PAX haters...:db:

Why would he have a Pax?

More likely Middy would have one assuming he is coming to round 1.

You're right of course.

Victory used to ask for PAX for our games - very frequently. :xnod:

So I associate him with PAX figures.

Anyone here buying extra tickets could let us know.

:):)

PS I modified my post above. :meep:

So, no ones tipping 0-0 for old times sake then?

in x 2. It will be interesting to see the crowd. Personally I think we might struggle to get 20,000.

Any sort of win will do ahead of a couple of tough games to follow.

In x 2 as well.

I think you might be right re the crowd figure. Saturday is meant to me wet, wet, wet, and despite the fact the stadium has a full roof cover, the rain will be enough to keep deter the wimps who are afraid of getting wet walking from their car or the local bust stop or the railway station.

I for one want to see intensity from the first game onwards. None of that BS of it's early or there's time to chase points later in the season. CCM are more than capable of jagging upsets, so let's drop the complacency and put them in the grave early. I just don't want to see repeats of seasons past where easy points are pis*ed to the wind. If we've sorted out our creative issues per the loss of Rady then I'm predicting 4-1, if not then 2-1. COYW.
