Looks like a relegation battle for Forest...:(

Bleak times in the city of Nottingham. On the plus side if County manage to go up and Forest go down there will only be 1 division between you :) The Nottingham derby may not be as far off as people think :)

In over 100 years never been a competitive league match between Middlesbrough and Hartlepool. There was a two match league cup round in 1987 though, only time they have met outside of friendly games to date.

seem to remember some posters wanting HK here when Babbel left, great player but his record in management is not exactly earth shattering.

Just out of curiosity, how does his record of 38 wins and 57 losses compare with WSW managers since Popa?

Derby might get even more points deducted....then there's Reading...

You're not a fan of Cooper?

If only people had listened to Boro chairman Steve Gibson regarding Derby a few years ago eh. He was vilified for speaking out against another championship club. But he knew what was going on, at the expense of clubs that were trying to do the right thing by the FFP rules.

Aston Villa were another that were dodgy. But they have flown away now to the EPL and won't be looked at.

the football under him was defensive and turgid, but look at his record with Liverpool youth, winning the U17 world cup with England and taking Swansea into the playoffs two years running, he has something about him, has a keen eye for developing young players and good loans eg Rhian Brewster from Liverpool one season on loan they sell him to Sheff Utd for 20 mil, same Marc Ghuei from Chelsea now C Palace again 20 mil.

would say that's his strength coaching young players, and moulding his team to play defensively, his teams tend not to leak goals.

Even Leicester got away with dodgy stuff in the Championship just before winning the Premier League

I'd certainly take play-offs at the moment as opposed to another relegation battle !!
