I like our long nets. When I look at them, I think, wow, they are some long nets.

 

More than this there is far too much homogeneity in football these days. Teams, grounds, styles, players, they are all blending into one morass of blandness. Anything that is slightly different individualises us and can only be a good thing. Every day I am amazed that we managed to create a club that wasn't the western pride playing out of homebush. We do things differently here. Long nets represent our individuality and the long history of football in the region.

nets are too classy for us Westies,

 

we need cages FTW!!!!!!! especially when the ball can take out the opposing GK or defender upon rebound from the back of the cage, a real life double tap :)
