Autumn yes...Spring, no.

Spring's a lovely time of year, because of plants etc, but it's very variable, and very often, windy.

Autumn is a more stable time of year.🍁

WFMB:

The Grose Valley. Far out. I cant imagine ever getting tired of this place.

Lots of great stuff today. I was looking for this particular spot that was photographed in 1875, not sure i found it although I must have been close. Had a swim it was magic.

But I thought I'd update Wendy:

Wildlife report:

Several wallabies/roos bounding away as I approached

A red belly black

A baby brown

A shitload of birds (I'm rubbish with them sorry, lots of small little finch things, honeyeaters plus the usual assortment of mountains birds, rosellas, bell birds, eastern robins (peep peep).

And I was late to the meeting clearly

Okay, so this is what I was up to

The depth of field stuff is rubbish, the original did a much better job of capturing what it feels like than my camera phone.

Oh, totally nailed that by the way. Some clever person on twitter spotted that the rock the dudes are lying on is obviously the same one in my picture.

Thanks for the update!

What are the tracks?

Well, one's wallaby, I'd say, maybe roo. That's the one on the right. 2 feet together, tail dragging behind as it takes off.

There's another one though, on the left. i don't know. I'm thinking wombat. They seem too big for everything else, and no dragging tail.

Either that or the western sydney black panther.

Sitting in a single seat in a pressurised cabin with refreshments for 23 hours plus is only just tolerable, 23 hours + cramped in a crate bloody unbelievable ! :shok:
