mack
Cejudo done less than Castelen did before we released him. Unless Cejudo scores or assists about 9 goals and we win the GF we can look for better. Neverbloom, Kangaroo and TheSweeper 3 Link to comment

I must have missed that. edit - didn't miss it, just had it down as a 1 year extension. Hmm. Maybe club mucked the dates up and changed it again like with Vedran this week. Link to comment

StringerBellend
I know there was a RBB boycot but did people actually watch last weeks game? Cejudo was class in that game Sure he has been a big disappointment for the most part of the season, somewhat due to injury. Edinburgh, LetsPele, SomeGuy1977 and 3 others 6 Link to comment

Unlimited
Cejudo's beautiful chipped goal vs City (?) was great - just for that he's automatically better than many other "marquees" StringerBellend 1 Link to comment
btron3000
The coaching staff will have better dea if his injury was genuine or if he’s a sicknote. Looks like the later, could be the former. Happy to keep or release. Prefer under the cap though, he’s getting on so chances of further injury are only gonna get higher, can’t risk losing the marquee for most of the season. Link to comment
luisenrique
Yeah Cejudo hasn't done enough over the course of a season to warrant renewal, but in the last two games he has been brilliant. If (and it's a big IF) he could play like that all season he would be well worth a spot. Whether his previous lack of form was due to injury or not giving a **** is the main question. wswnick
Gombau starting to get the house in order for next season. Also, Ninkovic was pretty lackluster in his first season too. If Cejudo is happy to move inside the cap, I think we could see an improvement next season. Kangaroo and StringerBellend 2 Link to comment
Unlimited
Thing is - if we don't offer Cejudo a contract and someone else does, would we be on the losing end of that deal? Toughie. Link to comment
mack
Remember Cejudo is already 34 years old. He'll turn 35 by the middle of next season. A few flashes of brilliance at a tail end of a season of mediocrity isn't a great resume to get an extension. Gombau is probably looking for overseas players that fit his style more.
