Dropkick Murphys doing a live st patricks day concert.... on the internet... tomorrow, 10AM our time.

That is mostly true, but when I'm feeling down, which I have quite often lately, I try and listen to stuff that gives me a lift. It doesn't matter whether it is the lyrics or the music. It's just songs I like.

I do however, try to ignore lyrics of some songs that are depressing.

I actually love this song from The Cure.

It's both sad, and depressing, but it is such a great tune if the lyrics are ignored and just the music is listened too.

lol lyrically i am not a fan either, and i only like one of his songs i just like how it sounds

 

plus his afl grand final performance has to be one of the best live performances ever

Just back to the Irish theme whats the instrument she is playing is it the ""Hurdy Gurdy"" around 1:38 you get a decent look at it.

I love that particular era for footage. The frame rate or something is nice and quick so it looks like it's from yesterday but it's still kind of fuzzy.
