Is it just my perception or do we look a little slow and lacking fitness. I know we're leading 3-0 but looks in slow motion at times.

It is pre-season so it shouldn't be a huge surprise to see occasional slowness & lack of cohesion.

Ams lost the plot as usual for an A-league ref, could see that coming for a mile when Ams kept ignoring United's fouls.

That was lucky not to be two straight reds.
