Jewwfro
tbh I liked Corona, a solid player but how much does he really have left in him? I assume he'll return to Spain in a lower league and see his days out there. wendybr, Portillo and Prydzopolis 3 Link to comment
Zelinsky
The Roar will look very different next season: Four imports out (Corona, Solorzano, Hervas and most likely Polenz), Henrique, Donachie, Clut, Lustica all gone, Theo to be off loaded, Steffanuto retired - that's a lot of movement of experienced players. wendybr, Prydzopolis and Portillo 3 Link to comment

Hughesy
Second time in a row that they've had an interrupted pre season due to off field matters. It was a bit of a miracle they ended up doing so well last season. I don't think they'll be as lucky this season if things keep going the way they are. Prydzopolis 1 Link to comment
Tranquilo
i can see aloisi leavin before the season starts. Forlan is 37 now, and FFA recognise him as a guest marquee? Alosi is keen and is in charge, but with an aging Broich and if Forlan is added, mmmm? “Diego Forlan would be a great addition to the Hyundai A-League and fits with our strategy to attract stars to the competition,†Gallop said. I reckon another FFA about to happen. the biggest cost in Brisbane is the state govt stadium tax. makes it impossible to make a profit unless there are 30,000 at every game. Plus Qld NRL is too strong at moment. at least at the cheapstake Mariners lives in country. it could be argued, though, that the Mariners are squatting on an A-League licence that should be elsewhere Portillo 1 Link to comment
