The Roar will look very different next season:

Four imports out (Corona, Solorzano, Hervas and most likely Polenz), Henrique, Donachie, Clut, Lustica all gone, Theo to be off loaded, Steffanuto retired - that's a lot of movement of experienced players.

Second time in a row that they've had an interrupted pre season due to off field matters. It was a bit of a miracle they ended up doing so well last season. I don't think they'll be as lucky this season if things keep going the way they are.

makes it impossible to make a profit unless there are 30,000 at every game. Plus Qld NRL is too strong at moment.

at least at the cheapstake Mariners lives in country.

it could be argued, though, that the Mariners are squatting on an A-League licence that should be elsewhere

It's been erupting for the last 18 months. Now that the FFA have the Jets off their hands they need to step in.
