Can just imagine the tifo artists hard at work...

"What do we want to use as an image?"

    "Sydney Harbour?"

    "Done it."

    "The Bridge?"

    "Done it."

    "Opera House?"

    "Done it."

"A player made to look like a stained glass window?"

""Nah, might get sued for copyright infringement"

    "Something about tards?"

"You remember the club stabbed us in the back right?"

"Oh yeah...I know...our OFC Champions League trophy!"

"Does anyone know what it looks like?"

(Pause for a few painful minutes)

"Hey! Let's do a tifo with the bridge and the harbour and the Opera House...and get this...LUNA PARK!!"

Popa: “This club is accustomed to playing big games and winning big trophies. And we’re looking forward to seeing our great fans who’ll help fill the stadium.â€

No one in the WSW camp is taking the ESFC baits. The answer will come on the pitch tomorrow. Sleepless night for some in Smurfsville.

    Winter is coming!

    Wanderers win 5-1

God bless you for your optimism. I recall a 6:1 against Adelaide, a 4:1 in Brisbane, and a 5:0 in the CL. That's as many high scoring games I think there were in three years. Five goals at Moore Park seem as likely as my cat playing Beethoven on the piano.

I have seen him chase his tail, and he is pretty coordinated

He seems more proficient when it comes to consuming bush rats. If only he didn't leave the spare parts (tails and hind legs) behind.

I think they will go pretentious nonsense, that even the people holding it up won't know what it's supposed to mean, along the "Sydney is a State of Mind" one.

Would've been lovely to see if Erin Mole was one of the Nein folk told to piss off.

I am taking a friend of mine and her two sons to the game. She likes football but has never been to an A-League game. She'll be coming down from the Blue Mountains, and she'll be wearing red and black. That's a girl! I told her that it's a sell out. Her response: "Wow! Is it a final?". She has no idea that the derby is going to hit her like a freight train.

To those who are going to weddings, Fleetwood Mac concerts and the like: you poor bastards!

LOL...I see what you did there.

I know the feeling...took my best mates from my uni days and their two boys, all up from Canberra to a derby (think it was the last derby in S2). My wog Croat mate and the youngest were absolutely gobsmacked.

Next project...going with them to the Socceroos in Canberra...can't wait.

Time to go and smash some smurfs  :aggressive:

Derby day is better than Xmas day for sure, my son had his wsw top out all ready last night, he is already up and humming the tunes, he will be shattered come later tonight.

Can't wait to go Smurf hunting tonight.

Payback for last year and the sh1t I've been copping at work, **** I hate working in ***** Botany.

Even my missus is excited, believe me that is HUGE.

Can't wait to see my RBB in full voice rocking the foundations of Arnie C0cksuckerz "Mansion".

We'll own them Stands, and our boys will own them on the pitch.

    Bring it on!

We're taking a father and son to their first A League game too.  The dad is of  European (Romanian) background and hasn't been to a game in 30 years- back in the old country.

They've lived in the inner West most of their 30+ years in Sydney.... but moved to Double Bay 3 years ago (def not rich- they live in a microscopic unit on a busy road).

They may go as neutrals...they are more Euro-snob -ish I think, altho they do watch a bit of the A League on tele,  being sports mad.  But mainly into cricket!!

Hopefully two more WSW fans will be born tonight, even if they live in ESFC heartland.  :spiteful:  :spiteful:

I love the smell of Derby in the morning smurf fear in the afternoon and napalm in the evening. The sky blue sunrise is a false dawn for the dusk of heaving red and black mass is when scores are settled. Bay 3 stand up. Truce is suspended.

beat me to it... Damn.. United!
